The install took forever, but I am pleased with the results. My window install journey began with the quote on 3/26 and ended with a final fix on 7/14 for a total of 3.5 months. I had to be home for a total of 11 days for the quote, measure, lead check, 3 days of initial install, 1 day of cancelled install, meeting with installation manager, cancelled day to complete install, completing the install, and a final day to fix a cracked window.After all that I am still leaving a positive review because I am very pleased with the results. The main difficulty with the install was understandable because my big front window has stucco around it, and the old frame was badly warped. The installers wanted to make sure the window was installed properly and not just jammed into the hole.In fact, I must complement the installers, Omar and Cesar for their attention to detail and wanting to get everything just right. There were a number of other windows where they had to deal with post builder stucco and oddly shaped openings, and they did a great job making the new windows look perfect.Advanced clearly explained all the difficulties to me, and they made sure I was satisfied with the results.The Advanced windows are beautiful and high quality. They use a high-quality glass, and they use FlexScreen, which is so much better than those old hard frame screens. Advanced seems to be the biggest window company in this area.As for price, I thought their quote was reasonable. My house has a number of large and unusual windows, and it also needed a new sliding door. The quote came to $972 per window. I also got a quote from Anderson Renewal which came to $3429 per window. Obviously, I went with Advanced, and I am happy I did.

We took on a house that was pretty much a renovation. However, the windows in the main house were still decent.The basement windows were absolutely horrid.I tried having four different companies come over to check on basemen quote. Each company flt line a hard sell for the whole house, and wouldn't listen to me a perametiers I was looking to do. The BASEMENT windows.Thiese companies were a waste of my time and would try sell me on the whole house and not pay my requests any attention.4th Salesman cam knocking at my door from Advanced. I rolled my eyes telling him he's not going to be able to convince me into a quote and that he'll be like the othersr.Refereshingly. He wasn't!Thankfully, this company was amazing! They were on time, punctual, professional, and prepared. I know that I don’t need other windows yet and at the house, but when that time comes, I will absolutely call them back for their craftsmanship.They were AMAZING with their quality. The windows look GORGEOUS! Thank you to the incredible Advanced Window Products team. They offered an incredibly competitive price, beating out other companies by several hundreds, and designed a perfect replacement set of windows for our bedroom. We had a panel of old picture windows that didn’t open and let in A LOT of heat. The replacements now bring in lots of air flow and zero heat transfer, even during the hottest part of the day. I just got off the phone with Ken at Advanced Windows a few minutes ago. It was at the end of the workday, after 5 PM, on a Friday, and he happily took my call and gave me the best advice that any Window Company or Individual has given me over the last two weeks.We have had multiple window companies knock on our door and try to sell us on replacing a ton of windows on our home when all we need is the broken glass panes on one single window to be replaced; that’s what Ken explained to me.To be clear, we haven’t done any business with Advanced Windows, I’m writing this review to thank Ken for his frank advice. But I would happily give them my business based on Ken’s professionalism and honesty.He said “it would do me no good to try and sell you on a bunch of windows when all you need is the glass pane to be replaced“. They showed up when they said, we’re very respectful, worked very efficiently, installed 20 windows and a new sliding glass door in about 7 hours, and left our home as clean as it was when they started. Measurement, installation, dealing with a little fitment issue, payment - everyone was super professional, friendly, and did a great job. Sales was also super friendly but there was a lot of back and forth with my job getting lost or forgotten where I had to call back repeatedly to keep things moving along which wasn't great. Maybe because we were only having two small windows replaced? Anyway, overall very good and would recommend.

As well as installation by Sam, it’s been a 5 star experience. Our two Labrador Retrievers had their dreams come true! The best part is the product is made in Utah and it was the best price from all the quotes I got in the process.. From past experience getting new windows can be painful. I wanted to give advanced five stars but I felt bad for the installer because he hadn't been notified by the seller who was super nice and professional that my window frames were steel and not aluminum making the job more difficult and it took hours longer. But they turned out great and I will still recommend them.

From start to finish, Advanced Windows was great to work with. They were timely and polite and always over delivered with their promises. I love the way our new windows look. I've already noticed a difference in the climate of our home and the outside noises are almost completely eliminated. When our kids slam doors, the whole house doesn't rattle anymore. My only regret is waiting so long to replace our old windows.

Great experience working with Advanced Window Products to replace 12 windows, many of which were original from the 1920s. After getting many bids, I ended up circling back to my first one: Advanced Window Products. Todd was the most knowledgeable of all the sales reps who came and who I felt most comfortable going with. The windows came faster than expected which was a wonderful surprise. Pete, our installer was amazing and even installed in a snow storm. My house was built in 1891 so it had some challenging and uneven windows. He took the time to go buy some extra trim to make the interior finish work more professional looking. My experience was the best! They happily rescheduled with no complaints when my family fell sick. Brock and Rob(?) came out and installed the windows with no messing around, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to have in the house. This is a little late, but we had windows installed last summer. The windows look good, the crew did a good job installing. We had some OLD windows that just shattered when they came out through no fault of advanced so we expected some glass pieces to get missed during clean up.My only problem was with the sales department. When I got the initial quote I was clear I wanted the cheapest windows and nothing else. When it came time to do final measurements and the give the required deposit the quote was higher than the first time. When I asked why that was it was because they quoted me for the expensive windows, and window wraps. I had to be very firm that was NOT what I wanted. Once that was remedied, the price was what I was originally quoted.While we are satisfied with the end produce we found the sales team can be a bit pushy.

We really enjoyed working with Rob, who has been our salesman to get new windows and an Atrium door. These windows and door block a lot of traffic noise from the road in front and I-15 behind us. We don't feel a draft inside and it reduces heat from the sun shining through the windows. Whenever we have questions, Rob and the other staff at Advanced Window Products have been patient. My wife and I said that we wish that we would have had this work done years ago.

We were given Rob's name as a referral, (Rob Mower) called him for an appointment and the day we scheduled was one of the heaviest snowfalls of the year and he couldn't make it, we rescheduled. Highly recommend! Todd, our sale rep. was informative, thorough, and very helpful. Unlike other companies we met with, there was no high-pressure sales pitch. Knowing that they were local and they both manufacture and install the windows was important...no "middle-man" to deal with if anything was ever needed in the future. Plus, there's a lifetime warranty. Installation was fast for both the sliding glass door and windows. Brock and the Advanced Windows team were professional, clean, and friendly. I called 10 companies to come give me quotes to replaced 13 windows and a sliding door. It was a long and stressful process. Several companies had super high prices, others had lower prices but bad warranties, but they all came with the same window demo 😂 but some tried to make their product premium quality and try to convince me and talk nice about their products, not knowing that they were made by the same manufacturer. 😂 The call number 10 was to ADVANCED WINDOW PRODUCTS. I set up an appointment. Todd came and from the beginning he spoke clearly to me. We build our own windows here in Salt Lake City. We give you a lifetime warranty. We use Cardinal Glass LoE-366 especially for this Utah climate. From the beginning I realized that Advanced Window would be the right company to replace my windows. The day of the installation arrived 12/26. My installers Javier and Luis, from the time they arrived at 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, their kindness and friendship made me feel like I had known them for years. I made two new friends. They installed 13 windows and a sliding door, doing an impressive job leaving my house clean as if nothing had happened they explained everything to me step by step, taking all the time possible to leave the installation 100% perfect. I had two other quotes first and this company gave me all my windows for over half of what they quoted me (and they both had the typical buy two get one free blah blah marked up)! And all that plus I was able to get 3 custom sized special cool windows AND the designs in every window (colonial). All for WAY WAY less than Champion Window and Renewal by Anderson!! Let me tell you the guys that installed them were impeccable in quality of work and professionalism!! One window was broken on arrival and they are on it to get a new one. One the design inside was slightly off and they are on it to replace it! These are lifetime warranty even if you change owners!! They did my whole house (11 windows) in a day from 9am-3pm!! The windows quality is beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased!! I literally have the two guys that installed them $50 tip to each of them. That’s how happy I am. 😍I highly recommend paying the extra money which was I think $120/each to have a design built into the windows! It just enhances the look and house so much!!Way more than 10 STARS for this company!!!💚💚💚💚💚

Erik and crew did a beautiful job, fast and efficient. They arrived in time, replaced all our windows in less than one day, four days before Christmas, and left no mess or sign they were never there, but for beautiful new windows, perfectly installed. Really pleased with their work and professionalism.

We used Advanced after getting a quote from another company for new windows. The other company gave us ridiculous pricing and we thought we could find something more affordable. I called Advanced for a quote and Darren was awesome, he didn’t try to upsell us or give us a long lecture on why we needed to use them. It was very simple and to the point, which I appreciated. We got our windows in the time frame they estimated. Noel and Junior did a great job installing them, protecting the paint and molding around the windows, covering the floors and carpets they walked on, and they cleaned everything up after and hauled it off. I highly recommend advanced for window replacement.

These window guys really are the best you can find and local, too. Best quality, pricing, & installers. Marshall was the nicest when he replaced our cracked basement window today. He had to do a few yoga stretches to reach it since our jacuzzi is right out the window. Lol Love that you guys warranty your own work -no questions asked . Awesome!

I love my new windows from Advanced Window Products! Advanced Windows replaced all of the old 45-year-old windows in my house. The new windows block sound, keep out cold air, and look beautiful inside and out. Rob was so nice to work with. He answered all my questions, and clearly explained options and pricing. I also like that Advanced Windows is a local company that manufactures their windows here in Salt Lake City. Brock and David did an outstanding job installing the new windows. They were polite, efficient, and great at cleaning up. Brock also came up with an innovative solution for the casings around my big picture windows that improved their appearance and functionality. I highly recommend Advanced Window Products. I didn't know that new windows could make me so happy!

These windows are amazing! The installation by Brad and Sam was done very efficiently and professionally and I couldn’t believe how quickly all the windows in my house were changed out. Brad made sure to show us how all the windows worked including the French doors. I noticed right away how efficient the windows were as my heat was not coming on as much and it was so much quieter without all the noise from outside. I would highly recommend these windows. You can’t beat the price and the quality of these windows!
