We ordered new window's for the entire home. From start to finish the service we received was excellent. Everyone was very nice and professional. We felt very comfortable with the installers being in our home. It has been about six months now and we love the windows. They have improved the look of our home inside and out. Our home stays cool when it is warm, and warm when it is cool. We highly recommend this company.

Ken Jankowski was my Salesman. I had heard commercials for Advanced windows and as a Realtor for over 17 years I see what type of windows fail over just a few years that the newer and most of the large builders use. CHEAP! I wanted quality windows with a warranty against a failed seal, or blemishes and that looked good and solid.Ken showed me the windows, and explained his lifetime warranty..... I have used the warranty twice.... No issues no hassle. They came out and fixed a scraped piece of vinyl. Also after the installation the screen guy said that one of the screens was not right.... I didn't see it but he did and the next week installed a new one.I cannot say enough good things about this company. THanks for being so honest and professional in every step of the way.

We are finishing replacing our windows using Advanced. They replaced some of them a few years ago. Ken is very professional and we like that we are supporting a Utah company. The windows are also the best we could find as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Updated review:After playing phone tag with Ken, we were able to setup a time for a quote. Product looks great and Ken is a nice salesman. After a little hiccup at the beginning with communication, I was happy to see them work so hard to make an appointment to give a bid. I will more than likely be purchasing windows through them. As mentioned, their product looks great and they look to have many benefits when buying through them. Ken even explained the process of wrapping the original wood exterior so there would be no need to paint and maintain (house is an old ‘50s style with original wood and brick exterior). I did appreciate him taking the time to explain that process.Thanks for the work on reaching out and fitting in a time to swing by to bid out these old, wood windows.Well, I was ready to buy windows and placed an inquiry on their website. Received a call the next business day, even got a text message. I missed the call because I was in meetings for work. I even replied to the text message. I called back the next day and haven’t heard back. I suppose they must have enough business since they clearly don’t want mine

Darrin came out to give me a quote and was AMAZING!!! Advanced Window Products was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Darin came out and gave us our estimate. He was respectful of our budget and answered all our questions about the difference in window options, financing, and different rebates available. It took 5 weeks between ordering and the installation. Chris and Trent came and installed our windows. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure the window looked great! I'm very impressed with Advanced and would recommend them any day.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our interaction with the personnel at Advanced Windows. From the salesman (Todd) to the two installers John & Dale. Both installers arrived on time gave us an advance call to let us know they were on the way. The installation was excellent especially the wrap they installed around our front windows.When the job was done everything was cleaned up. They also knew their products and were excellent representatives of their company. They also were very careful to observe social distance with the virus guidelines.Very pleased with all 12 windows.

I priced around and felt Advanced by far had the better price and quality. The price was so good that I did all 14 windows instead of the 10 I had originally planned. The salesman was punctual and friendly he explained things well. The same with the installers. They were on time and worked quickly very nice people. I would strongly recommend them.

During the whole process from the initial call, to the quote, to the measurements, to the installation, to financing Advanced Windows staff was so helpful and professional! They also had the best price (by far) of any of the window companies I contacted, the quality of the product is amazing, and I love that they manufacture the windows in Utah in an environmentally friendly facility! If I ever need windows again, Advanced will be my first call!

We had quotes from five other companies before we went with Advanced. They had the best quality windows, pricing, warranties, and rebates. They replaced all of our upstairs windows and they look awesome! We had some really cold weather when they were put in so some of the caulking cracked. We called them and they came back and recaulked without a problem. We will definitely be using them again!

Great experience all around from purchase to installation. Low pressure sales and he actually advised when not to add in certain types of doors. The installation crew was awesome and incredibly fast. The best part for me was they obviously had a new guy on the crew who had tons of questions. One of the Sr installers was patient with him and helped him learn as they were putting in a big complex window.

Very reasonable price and good service. I was given them wrong information of my windshield type because I know nothing about car parts when I made appointment with them on the phone, so they ordered the wrong thing. They just found out when I made it to my appointment. However, they handled it beautifully and quickly order another one for me right away. They finished it in the next 3 hours, which was fast over my expectation. Well done!

They put up with me wandering around and dying to help. They showed up on time and worked all day finishing both at the same time what a great pair of guys. This company is great! GAVE MY A GREAT PRICE ON GREAT WINDOWS. The installers were fantastic ! they are master craftsmen. They were fast and cleaner up after they finished the job.
