I just got off the phone with Ken at Advanced Windows a few minutes ago. It was at the end of the workday, after 5 PM, on a Friday, and he happily took my call and gave me the best advice that any Window Company or Individual has given me over the last two weeks.We have had multiple window companies knock on our door and try to sell us on replacing a ton of windows on our home when all we need is the broken glass panes on one single window to be replaced; that’s what Ken explained to me.To be clear, we haven’t done any business with Advanced Windows, I’m writing this review to thank Ken for his frank advice. But I would happily give them my business based on Ken’s professionalism and honesty.He said “it would do me no good to try and sell you on a bunch of windows when all you need is the glass pane to be replaced“. I just had the most AMAZING experience getting my new windows installed. The installers were Brad, Noel, Sam, and Junior. They were so cautious about my home. They were so patient with my dogs, and they were just super cute and adorable!!!Also a HUGE shoutout to my salesman, Darren Lewis. He basically held my hand throughout this whole process!!! I genuinely feel like part of the family. Darren genuinely cares about his customers. Oh… Darren is also super cute and absolutely adorable!!!

They showed up when they said, we’re very respectful, worked very efficiently, installed 20 windows and a new sliding glass door in about 7 hours, and left our home as clean as it was when they started. New windows in house one year ago. Communication was good. They had to come back a couple of times to fine-tune and from what we can tell did a very good job. Windows were great all throughout the winter. Very happy with the window quality. Eliminating a lot of heat getting into the house in the summer and keeping the warm inside in the winter

Measurement, installation, dealing with a little fitment issue, payment - everyone was super professional, friendly, and did a great job. Sales was also super friendly but there was a lot of back and forth with my job getting lost or forgotten where I had to call back repeatedly to keep things moving along which wasn't great. Maybe because we were only having two small windows replaced? Anyway, overall very good and would recommend.

We are more than happy with our doggy door that Advanced Window Products built and installed for us. From the initial contact by Ken, to working through scheduling with Trichelle and Teri. As well as installation by Sam, it’s been a 5 star experience. Our two Labrador Retrievers had their dreams come true! What an Amazing Experience from start to finish! It started with our Salesperson "Darren", very nice and never pushy! The best part is the product is made in Utah and it was the best price from all the quotes I got in the process.. All staff from scheduling, measurements, to down payment were all very happy and very pleasant. The finishing touches of Installation was beyond my expectations. Brock and his crew were all awesome! From past experience getting new windows can be painful. I wanted to give advanced five stars but I felt bad for the installer because he hadn't been notified by the seller who was super nice and professional that my window frames were steel and not aluminum making the job more difficult and it took hours longer. But they turned out great and I will still recommend them.

From start to finish, Advanced Windows was great to work with. They were timely and polite and always over delivered with their promises. I love the way our new windows look. I've already noticed a difference in the climate of our home and the outside noises are almost completely eliminated. When our kids slam doors, the whole house doesn't rattle anymore. Great experience working with Advanced Window Products to replace 12 windows, many of which were original from the 1920s. The whole experience from our quote with Rob to support through the process from Trichelle to install with Noel was easy and every person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Ken, was great to work with and made sure we were taking advantage of any discounts available to give us the best price. The Advanced Windows installation team of Brad, Noel, Sam and Junior were amazing to work with and got 26 windows plus a sliding door removed and installed all in one day! We have already noticed a big difference in the sound level coming in from outside and how much cold has been cut compared to our old windows.

After getting many bids, I ended up circling back to my first one: Advanced Window Products. Todd was the most knowledgeable of all the sales reps who came and who I felt most comfortable going with. The windows came faster than expected which was a wonderful surprise. Pete, our installer was amazing and even installed in a snow storm. My house was built in 1891 so it had some challenging and uneven windows. He took the time to go buy some extra trim to make the interior finish work more professional looking. He was professional yet friendly and cleaned up everything before he left. The difference in the temperature and noise level in my home since getting new windows is amazing! My experience was the best! They happily rescheduled with no complaints when my family fell sick. Brock and Rob(?) came out and installed the windows with no messing around, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to have in the house. Absolutely will use them again if other windows need replacing.

This is a little late, but we had windows installed last summer. The windows look good, the crew did a good job installing. We had some OLD windows that just shattered when they came out through no fault of advanced so we expected some glass pieces to get missed during clean up.My only problem was with the sales department. When I got the initial quote I was clear I wanted the cheapest windows and nothing else. When it came time to do final measurements and the give the required deposit the quote was higher than the first time. When I asked why that was it was because they quoted me for the expensive windows, and window wraps. I had to be very firm that was NOT what I wanted. Once that was remedied, the price was what I was originally quoted.While we are satisfied with the end produce we found the sales team can be a bit pushy.

We really enjoyed working with Rob, who has been our salesman to get new windows and an Atrium door. These windows and door block a lot of traffic noise from the road in front and I-15 behind us. We don't feel a draft inside and it reduces heat from the sun shining through the windows. Whenever we have questions, Rob and the other staff at Advanced Window Products have been patient. My wife and I said that we wish that we would have had this work done years ago.

We were given Rob's name as a referral, (Rob Mower) called him for an appointment and the day we scheduled was one of the heaviest snowfalls of the year and he couldn't make it, we rescheduled. He showed up on time, actually called and was able to come earlier than scheduled. Made a fantastic presentation! No sales gimmicks, no fancy phrases. Just got the measurements and gave us a price in about 30 minutes! He gave us the best price we had been quoted with the best windows that their company manufactures here in Salt Lake City, Utah. Highly recommend! Todd, our sale rep. was informative, thorough, and very helpful. Unlike other companies we met with, there was no high-pressure sales pitch. Knowing that they were local and they both manufacture and install the windows was important...no "middle-man" to deal with if anything was ever needed in the future. Plus, there's a lifetime warranty. Installation was fast for both the sliding glass door and windows. Brock and the Advanced Windows team were professional, clean, and friendly. I called 10 companies to come give me quotes to replaced 13 windows and a sliding door. It was a long and stressful process. Several companies had super high prices, others had lower prices but bad warranties, but they all came with the same window demo 😂 but some tried to make their product premium quality and try to convince me and talk nice about their products, not knowing that they were made by the same manufacturer. 😂 The call number 10 was to ADVANCED WINDOW PRODUCTS. I set up an appointment. Todd came and from the beginning he spoke clearly to me. We build our own windows here in Salt Lake City. We give you a lifetime warranty. We use Cardinal Glass LoE-366 especially for this Utah climate. I will measure your windows and give you a price right now and if you decide to get the job done call me to make the final measurements. From the beginning I realized that Advanced Window would be the right company to replace my windows. The day of the installation arrived 12/26. My installers Javier and Luis, from the time they arrived at 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, their kindness and friendship made me feel like I had known them for years. I made two new friends. They installed 13 windows and a sliding door, doing an impressive job leaving my house clean as if nothing had happened they explained everything to me step by step, taking all the time possible to leave the installation 100% perfect. I had two other quotes first and this company gave me all my windows for over half of what they quoted me (and they both had the typical buy two get one free blah blah marked up)! And all that plus I was able to get 3 custom sized special cool windows AND the designs in every window (colonial). All for WAY WAY less than Champion Window and Renewal by Anderson!! Let me tell you the guys that installed them were impeccable in quality of work and professionalism!! One window was broken on arrival and they are on it to get a new one. One the design inside was slightly off and they are on it to replace it! These are lifetime warranty even if you change owners!! They did my whole house (11 windows) in a day from 9am-3pm!! The windows quality is beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased!! I literally have the two guys that installed them $50 tip to each of them. That’s how happy I am. 😍I highly recommend paying the extra money which was I think $120/each to have a design built into the windows! It just enhances the look and house so much!!Way more than 10 STARS for this company!!!💚💚💚💚💚

We used Advanced after getting a quote from another company for new windows. The other company gave us ridiculous pricing and we thought we could find something more affordable. I called Advanced for a quote and Darren was awesome, he didn’t try to upsell us or give us a long lecture on why we needed to use them. It was very simple and to the point, which I appreciated. We got our windows in the time frame they estimated. Noel and Junior did a great job installing them, protecting the paint and molding around the windows, covering the floors and carpets they walked on, and they cleaned everything up after and hauled it off. I highly recommend advanced for window replacement.

These windows are amazing! The installation by Brad and Sam was done very efficiently and professionally and I couldn’t believe how quickly all the windows in my house were changed out. Brad made sure to show us how all the windows worked including the French doors. I noticed right away how efficient the windows were as my heat was not coming on as much and it was so much quieter without all the noise from outside. I would highly recommend these windows. You can’t beat the price and the quality of these windows!

We are so impressed with Advanced Windows. From the initial meeting for the quote to the measure process, the installation and interaction with the office it was all excellent. I checked with several window companies and got quotes but the choice of Advanced Windows for the replacement of all 10 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in our home was an easy one. We couldn’t be happier with the results, the windows are excellent quality and will make our home more energy efficient and definitely improves the appearance as well. Don and Jesus, the install crew were great, so skilled, professional and thorough, they put down drop cloths everywhere to keep our home clean. After installing, they also made sure the work area was cleaned up very well. The windows/doors install was completed on schedule as promised as was the exterior trim. I will highly recommend them for anyone I know for window/door replacement. I’m sure you could find a little cheaper, but I don’t think you could do better, all with an excellent local company and outstanding warranty.Ps. Our dog loves her new door. Todd (salesman) and installer (Brock) were great! Install only took 3-4 hours. Issues I had after installation were quickly addressed day of. Would recommend!!!

Advanced Windows did an install of a new sliding glass door. They did a great job from the quote to the finished product. Their prices were the best and so was their customer service. Thank you for a wonderful and seamless install!

Most of the windows in our home are from Advanced Windows. We started with replacing the windows on the back of the house with frame-over. Then we did an addition and purchased more windows from Advanced. We finally got around to replacing the front windows. With each installation the crew has been professional. With the addition, we had some sizing issues, but the company took care of us. On this most recent visit, Brock and crew were thorough and clean. Great work! If I had more windows to replace, I would us them again.

Great experience. My dog broke down our back door and Advanced Window Products was the best price a the fasted production. The new door looks amazing and lets in a ton of natural light. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

Wow! There is a reason I returned to Advanced Window for the last 5 windows of my 1911 historical home. I first had the south side of the home's windows replaced in 2017.... and when I decided to do a complete renovation, I immediately called Advanced Window to come and install the last 5 windows. And here is the no. 1 reason, even in retrospect. 7 years later , I could not tell the difference between the 7 year old ones and the ones put in today. All still glide smoothly when opened, lock firmly, the screens are tight and easy to remove and clean. Not to mention everything you can read online about what goes into making their Windows : one example being the technology used for the double pained windows . Teach yourself something , and read how they go about custom building your windows. And don't think they must be way over your budget. Because I've done my shopping .. and they are so worth the reasonable prices. My father used to tell me, " Gal, if you can't afford to do it right the first time, what makes you think you can afford to do it over and over again. Amen to that". But, most of all, Advanced Window "say what they mean, and mean what they say. " Chris and Kaleb were here right at 8am , said it would take 4 to 4.5 hours [ and they delivered that exactly ], These two men were a breath of fresh air, engaging and happy, but didn't let my brief chattiness pause their work for one minute. CHRIS even managed to take my week from "Hell" and make it a " glad to be turning another year older" kind of week. They were professional from the moment they arrived. There aren't enough stars available to give each of them. Chris was very respectful of Kaleb in his direction for assistance and it was obvious that the two worked well together. Always a bonus for the home owner. I had 100% trust in both of them and left them to do their magic as I went next door to my second home. Thank you Chris and Kaleb for your professionalism. It was clear to me they enjoyed working for A.W. Thank you ADVANCED WINDOW for staying consisted and true to your mission and goal -> being NO. 1 in Window manufacturing and replacement. All parts of our window experience was excellent!!! Todd re sales guy was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. He offered options and lots of information.Don & Jesus, our installers, were professional and courteous! They completed 24 windows in two short days, cleaned up any mess, did a great job and were incredibly patient with my goofy dog.The windows are BEAUTIFUL!! I especially love the bathroom windows that open from the top AND the bottom plus swing in for easy cleaning!!I feel like the price was more than fair, Advanced Windows has great customer and quick response times. I would recommend them any time.
