We really enjoyed working with Rob, who has been our salesman to get new windows and an Atrium door. These windows and door block a lot of traffic noise from the road in front and I-15 behind us. We don't feel a draft inside and it reduces heat from the sun shining through the windows. Whenever we have questions, Rob and the other staff at Advanced Window Products have been patient. My wife and I said that we wish that we would have had this work done years ago.

We were given Rob's name as a referral, (Rob Mower) called him for an appointment and the day we scheduled was one of the heaviest snowfalls of the year and he couldn't make it, we rescheduled. He showed up on time, actually called and was able to come earlier than scheduled. Made a fantastic presentation! No sales gimmicks, no fancy phrases. Just got the measurements and gave us a price in about 30 minutes! He gave us the best price we had been quoted with the best windows that their company manufactures here in Salt Lake City, Utah. Highly recommend! Todd, our sale rep. was informative, thorough, and very helpful. Unlike other companies we met with, there was no high-pressure sales pitch. Knowing that they were local and they both manufacture and install the windows was important...no "middle-man" to deal with if anything was ever needed in the future. Plus, there's a lifetime warranty. Installation was fast for both the sliding glass door and windows. Brock and the Advanced Windows team were professional, clean, and friendly. Windows and door look great, prices were competitive and we can already tell a difference in the home (efficiency - getting a rebate as well from gas company). Pete and Helaman from Advanced Window Products were fantastic! They were kind, courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the process of replacing the windows in our home. I called 10 companies to come give me quotes to replaced 13 windows and a sliding door. It was a long and stressful process. Several companies had super high prices, others had lower prices but bad warranties, but they all came with the same window demo 😂 but some tried to make their product premium quality and try to convince me and talk nice about their products, not knowing that they were made by the same manufacturer. 😂 The call number 10 was to ADVANCED WINDOW PRODUCTS. I set up an appointment. Todd came and from the beginning he spoke clearly to me. We build our own windows here in Salt Lake City. We give you a lifetime warranty. We use Cardinal Glass LoE-366 especially for this Utah climate. I will measure your windows and give you a price right now and if you decide to get the job done call me to make the final measurements. From the beginning I realized that Advanced Window would be the right company to replace my windows. The day of the installation arrived 12/26. My installers Javier and Luis, from the time they arrived at 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, their kindness and friendship made me feel like I had known them for years. I made two new friends. They installed 13 windows and a sliding door, doing an impressive job leaving my house clean as if nothing had happened they explained everything to me step by step, taking all the time possible to leave the installation 100% perfect. I had two other quotes first and this company gave me all my windows for over half of what they quoted me (and they both had the typical buy two get one free blah blah marked up)! And all that plus I was able to get 3 custom sized special cool windows AND the designs in every window (colonial). All for WAY WAY less than Champion Window and Renewal by Anderson!! Let me tell you the guys that installed them were impeccable in quality of work and professionalism!! One window was broken on arrival and they are on it to get a new one. One the design inside was slightly off and they are on it to replace it! These are lifetime warranty even if you change owners!! They did my whole house (11 windows) in a day from 9am-3pm!! The windows quality is beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased!! I literally have the two guys that installed them $50 tip to each of them. That’s how happy I am. 😍I highly recommend paying the extra money which was I think $120/each to have a design built into the windows! We used Advanced after getting a quote from another company for new windows. The other company gave us ridiculous pricing and we thought we could find something more affordable. I called Advanced for a quote and Darren was awesome, he didn’t try to upsell us or give us a long lecture on why we needed to use them. It was very simple and to the point, which I appreciated. We got our windows in the time frame they estimated. Noel and Junior did a great job installing them, protecting the paint and molding around the windows, covering the floors and carpets they walked on, and they cleaned everything up after and hauled it off. I highly recommend advanced for window replacement.

These window guys really are the best you can find and local, too. Best quality, pricing, & installers. Marshall was the nicest when he replaced our cracked basement window today. He had to do a few yoga stretches to reach it since our jacuzzi is right out the window. Lol Love that you guys warranty your own work -no questions asked . Awesome!

I love my new windows from Advanced Window Products! Advanced Windows replaced all of the old 45-year-old windows in my house. These windows are amazing! The installation by Brad and Sam was done very efficiently and professionally and I couldn’t believe how quickly all the windows in my house were changed out. Brad made sure to show us how all the windows worked including the French doors. I noticed right away how efficient the windows were as my heat was not coming on as much and it was so much quieter without all the noise from outside. I would highly recommend these windows. You can’t beat the price and the quality of these windows!

We are so impressed with Advanced Windows. From the initial meeting for the quote to the measure process, the installation and interaction with the office it was all excellent. I checked with several window companies and got quotes but the choice of Advanced Windows for the replacement of all 10 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in our home was an easy one. We couldn’t be happier with the results, the windows are excellent quality and will make our home more energy efficient and definitely improves the appearance as well. Don and Jesus, the install crew were great, so skilled, professional and thorough, they put down drop cloths everywhere to keep our home clean. After installing, they also made sure the work area was cleaned up very well. The windows/doors install was completed on schedule as promised as was the exterior trim. I will highly recommend them for anyone I know for window/door replacement. I’m sure you could find a little cheaper, but I don’t think you could do better, all with an excellent local company and outstanding warranty.Ps. Our dog loves her new door. The pictures don’t do justice to the the great work done by Advanced Windows!

Most of the windows in our home are from Advanced Windows. We started with replacing the windows on the back of the house with frame-over. Then we did an addition and purchased more windows from Advanced. We finally got around to replacing the front windows. With each installation the crew has been professional. With the addition, we had some sizing issues, but the company took care of us. On this most recent visit, Brock and crew were thorough and clean. Great work! If I had more windows to replace, I would us them again.

Wow! There is a reason I returned to Advanced Window for the last 5 windows of my 1911 historical home. I first had the south side of the home's windows replaced in 2017.... and when I decided to do a complete renovation, I immediately called Advanced Window to come and install the last 5 windows. And here is the no. 1 reason, even in retrospect. 7 years later , I could not tell the difference between the 7 year old ones and the ones put in today. All still glide smoothly when opened, lock firmly, the screens are tight and easy to remove and clean. Not to mention everything you can read online about what goes into making their Windows : one example being the technology used for the double pained windows . Teach yourself something , and read how they go about custom building your windows. And don't think they must be way over your budget. Because I've done my shopping .. and they are so worth the reasonable prices. My father used to tell me, " Gal, if you can't afford to do it right the first time, what makes you think you can afford to do it over and over again. Amen to that". But, most of all, Advanced Window "say what they mean, and mean what they say. " Chris and Kaleb were here right at 8am , said it would take 4 to 4.5 hours [ and they delivered that exactly ], These two men were a breath of fresh air, engaging and happy, but didn't let my brief chattiness pause their work for one minute. CHRIS even managed to take my week from "Hell" and make it a " glad to be turning another year older" kind of week. They were professional from the moment they arrived. There aren't enough stars available to give each of them. Chris was very respectful of Kaleb in his direction for assistance and it was obvious that the two worked well together. Always a bonus for the home owner. I had 100% trust in both of them and left them to do their magic as I went next door to my second home. Thank you Chris and Kaleb for your professionalism. He offered options and lots of information.Don & Jesus, our installers, were professional and courteous! They completed 24 windows in two short days, cleaned up any mess, did a great job and were incredibly patient with my goofy dog.The windows are BEAUTIFUL!! Brad and Sam installed new window today. We questioned whether it was worth it to replace our front window. It definitely was. Brad also fixed our patio door installed about 3 years so it opens and closes so easily. Should have called them back months ago but I forgot about it. But Brad was checking the door for our doggie dog to come and was not happy with it so he adjusted it. Hopefully the windows not replaced yet will last a long time but if not, we know who to call. This is my fourth home to get new windows from Advanced Windows. And the service just keeps getting better.

The entire process was seamless. From sales to installation, the people at Advanced know their stuff. Daniel and Abraham were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Best window company around! Rob was willing to meet with me on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. Rob showed me their products and color options and never made me feel pressured. The other companies I received bids from all said they needed to change the windows on the front of my home because of the size and I didn't want that because they really are the focal point feature of my home. Rob assured me they could custom build the replacement windows to be exactly how they were (just with upgraded quality). I was shocked at how affordable the windows were, I really anticipated them being way out of my budget especially since I needed 20 windows some of which were very large and 3 doors, one of which was 8' wide. I was given updates throughout the manufacturing process and then the install team would need 2 days to complete my project. Erick and Rey and their entire install team were fantastic!! They did such an amazing job and made sure everything looked perfect. There are a few construction projects going on in my home and they worked around them with no problem or complaint at all. I appreciate them and how they treated my home. They removed and cleaned up everything, I would say you would never know they were here except I now have beautiful windows that open and close and you can clearly see out. Erick made sure to show me how to remove and reinstall the screens, went over all the paperwork and warranty info and made sure to answer any questions I had. Nate stopped by to check in on the project and to know he cares not only about the customer, but his install team says everything about this company. I highly recommend Advanced Window Products. I really wanted to give five stars but there were a few issues I couldn’t ignore. First off our windows are beautiful and we’re happy with the work overall. But it took SO LONG for our windows to be installed. We met with our salesman on July 12, 2024. We finalized our deal and paid our half down on July 17, 2024. We purchased 17 windows. We were told several times by our salesman and the guy that did the final measurements, it would be 6 weeks for installation. So we planned on around the end of August. Our windows were not installed until OCTOBER 17th and 18th. The six weeks we were expecting was in reality 12 weeks. Thats 3 months! We also have house painters lined up to repaint our house and we have had to repeatedly reschedule them because we couldn’t get our windows. We did receive emails occasionally letting us know they were still being manufactured. But double the amount of time promised is excessive. When the install was finally scheduled we were told nothing, just that they would be here at 8 am. When the installers arrived, the lead installer was very nice, but since blinds weren’t removed he was going to charge us $10 extra per window. I told him we wouldn’t pay that since we were never told that was our responsibility. We’ve never bought windows before. He said we should’ve been told that when they scheduled install. Well we weren’t, so we were rushing to get all the blinds down. Again, the installers were quick, clean, and did a good job. My only complaint is on the second day, they were playing their music loudly through a speaker inside my house while they worked. I don’t have little kids so I didn’t say anything, but both my husband and I were working from home, and it was a little distracting to have Spanish music blaring through the house. They make head phones for a reason. Overall, the price was great, the windows are beautiful, and we are just happy they are finally here.

Chris was so professional and treated my home so much kinder than other window installs I've had done. Normally I have to spackle and paint and I was so grateful for that I didn't have to do that at all this time. After meeting with 5 other window companies, salesman Rob met with us and answered all our questions and provided a great bid. Our home had 43 year old “high end” wood windows that needed replacement, but I was so concerned about maintaining the look and style they provided our home. We called others and visited your shop to alleviate those concerns. Everyone assured me it would be fine. However, it wasn’t until Brad and crew arrived for installation I felt more at ease. I had our old windows replaced by advanced window products. First time we installed 3 in our bed room. We found the new windows blocked most heat from outside made the room more comfortable. So we decided to replace the other 15 windows. We like all the new windows. They are easy to open and clean. Quality is good and have a transferable life time warranty. We had all the windows in our home replaced. Don, Joe and Jesus were our install crew. They were amazing. Their quality of work was exceptional from removing our old windows, replacing the new windows to the cleanup. All three men were very respectful and pleasant. These guys are awesome!! From Jeremy in sales to Kendra and Alorah in scheduling and accounts, it is awesome! Great people, great product and great to work with! The schedule things with you so you know well in advance when it's going to happen and then they have come through every time. Their installers are super professional and knowledgeable on their product and install so it's a super clean and quality product from the factory to install! I work for a GC company and I have loved working with Jeremy, Kendra, Alorah and all the installers who have helped us out. Great people!!

Pleased with the new windows. We get quite a few compliments on them from neighbors. So much more light in our home, and our curb appeal has certainly gone up! That being said, there are some things I wish they had done when installing. They installed 20 windows in one day. (And had another house after ours!)Erik and his team are hard workers and made a quick job of it, but I do wish they had slowed down a little to pay attention to details that homeowners notice. For example the trim pieces on the inside could have been done/cut more straight. There are some obvious crooked place/little holes. Some of the silicone could have been done neater.A final touch that I wish they would have done for the amount that we paid is clean the windows inside and outside after installing. And checking screens/glass for scratches. We had one screen that was installed with a hole in it. And a few windows with scratches. They did come back and replace the glass, it took over 1 month of waiting for the replacement window and 2 months for them to send the new screen, meanwhile all the bugs kept crawling into my kitchen because of said hole in the screen.We also had to vacuum and sweep up glass pieces in the driveway after they left.Anyway, they are great windows, the office team was good to work with on helping get our energy efficient rebates back. These are just a few things that we would point out they could improve upon. Original timeline was accurate for install.

Ken came out and took measurements and did a great job of answering all of our questions. Through the process he was wonderful to follow up with and very responsive with either text or phone calls. Very professional and nice! Brock and David did the installation and they were very thorough and complete did not rush through it. We had double storm windows so they had to take both of them out and then put in a finished casing that was ready for paint, but it already had white paint on it so we didn't need to paint further.The end product looked very nice. Kendra and Trichelle kept us completely up to date on the install scheduling and if any changes were needed they kept in touch very regularly. Their teamwork was excellent and at all times we felt we were being kept in the loop and knew exactly what was going on and when. We also looked at three other window vendors and advanced window product was clearly a better product, better warranties and significantly higher quality than the other three we looked at! We would recommend them highly without any hesitation.

Very happy that I chose Advanced Window Products to replace all 21 of the windows in our house. After years of door to door salespeople knocking on my door and trying to sell me ugly, overpriced, retrofit windows, I heard a great plug for Advanced on ESPN 700 radio. I would be lying if I didn't say I'm a huge Utah Football fan and that hearing Nate Orchard on the radio didn't perk my interest. The live radio ads made me feel warm and fuzzy and like I could trust these guys. So I made the call and soon Ken came out to my house. There was no high pressure selling, we just went though everything and I felt like I got a great deal on some great, high efficiency windows. I did not want a new window to be stuffed into my old frames, I wanted it done right and to maximize the window, so I have to do some stucco repair on the exterior, but I'm very pleased with the windows. Now for the installation.... those guys were incredible! Luis and Javier and crew were very kind and respectful and helpful and they worked their butts off! They stayed late and finished the (big) job in 1 day. I had to do some framing myself because we converted 3 arched windows to rectangle windows, so I was working next to them most of the day and they were awesome. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with them. Overall great experience from marketing to sales to install. I would highly recommend!!

Our house was built in the 1950’s. He windows we bought from Advanced are absolutely amazing! The window wraps make the house pop and I will never have to paint them again. Advanced was on time for the scheduled date and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

I generally don’t do reviews, but felt these guys deserved one. Our sales rep, Ken, was very informative and stepped us through the details of Advanced Windows products and features. He took all the time we needed to understand what we were getting and we asked lots of questions. I appreciated him not pressuring us in any way to “buy now”. Advanced Windows was the first bid we got and we ultimately went with them based on warranty, quality, rebates, and price. We were kept informed throughout the manufacturing process through installation. Brad and the installation crew were fabulous, and laid drop cloth throughout the house to avoid tracking in any dust or dirt. The windows were everything we expected and we’d use them again, were it not for their lifetime (transferable) warranty so they are the last windows we’ll need. After installation, Kendra, walked us thru the rebate submittal process. I’m very impressed with Advanced Windows people and products, thus my 5 star review

Rob came through Even when he said they would be installed they were. He sent a large crew and the had all 21 windows in in 4 hours. Great work. Even sent out a rep John to see of I was happy with their work

We remodeled our cabin in Ketchum Idaho, 20 yrs ago.At that time we replaced all our windows and patio door with advanced window products.At that time we lived in Utah. They were highly rated, and they had a lifetime warranty which sold us.We noticed some wear on the seals. So…here we are 20 yrs later.Nate came this morning, and checked all our windows, and replaced seals as needed.He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.We cannot be any happier, and very highly recommend them.
