We have had our windows now going on 5 years. Todd Peters was exceptional in his knowledge and help in replacing all the windows in our house. The installation process was seamless and we literally did nothing. They were quick and thorough and cleaned up great, we had no idea they were even there after installation. I’d like to reply to your comment Katie Dunlap about Advanced Windows and your sales person Darren. I had the opposite experience with this company and Darren.Darren came out to my house and was amazing to work with, he was nice and very knowledgeable about his product. We signed with him after comparing many other companies windows and estimates. While we signed he explained there was a 3 day cancellation policy that allowed me to change my mind. 6 days later Covid hit our lives and I was let go from my job, I called Darren and even after my cancellation time was past he let me out of my contract and was so professional and understanding about the situation that once I got another job a month later I called him and told him I was ready again for my order. I have my new windows in now and was very happy with my install and the product I was given. This company was great to work with and Darren was an amazing salesman.To be honest I question your complaint because if you only thought the paper you signed was only an estimate then how do you explain the down payment you have to pay once you sign with them? Whether it’s was a cash deal or you financed your job, you have to give them the go ahead with your down payment or information to finance. Sounds like you are one of those keyboard warriors who like to just complain.Either way I would refer Darren and Advanced Windows to any of my friends or family!Mr. Green

I have been looking for some time now for a window replacement company. Our windows are original to the house and it's just that time. Jeremy came out to take a look and provide us with the quote. He was amazing! He was not pushy at all, didn't give me a big sales pitch, or any other BS to get our business. He was honest and sincere about what we does. He told us up front that due to the pandemic, it would take a little longer than normal. I really appreciated that he was realistic with us and didn't sugar coat anything. He explained the differences between the types of windows and what everything meant. He went over their pricing specials only after we said we wanted to go ahead because he didn't want us to feel that he was trying to push us or hook us in with it. Awesome! We are very impressed with just the quoting process we had with Jeremy. I don't think I have ever had one that was that easy and comfortable lol. We are excited for the rest of the process and for the new beautiful windows!! Thanks guys

My wife and I were looking to do some much needed updates to our home and were recommended by a friend to look into Advanced Windows. Once we called to set up an appointment our sales associate came to the house for measurements and to explain the process. Adding the demo of the window material was a nice touch to get a hands on glimpse as to what we were buying.***Our sales associate was on time, professional, and very courteous.That was in Oct 2020. Because of the pandemic causing supply issues we didn't get our windows installed until today, which is totally understandable.The real amazing factor was the installation crew. Jason and Kurt were on time at 0800 ready to go. Both Jason and Kurt were extremely courteous and patient, answering any questions that my wife or I had with the windows and the installation process. Before they began working they also had great foresight to ask that the cars in the driveway be moved so they wouldn't get damaged. They also took the time to go over window maintenance and talked to us before a few windows were installed if there were some hinderances in the way.***Jason and Kurt were friendly, on time, professional, patient, and very courteous.Just the experience with the installation crew alone makes me highly recommend Advanced Windows for all your home or business needs.

My wife had decided she wanted new windows and set up an appointment with a window company. We sat through the presentation and she was impressed enough she wanted to purchase then. After discussing we decided to do some research. I sat through 2 other presentations (over 2 hours each) and then I was contacted by Advanced Windows who said they could send someone out the next day. Rob Mower arrived the next day, discussed the construction of window, glass, and all the things the others had in about 30 min. He gave me a price and told me to complete my research and contact him if it is something we wanted to move forward with. The next day I met with one other company and the decision was easy. The presentation was straight forward, easy to understand, not an over sale or "Up Sale" involved and when comparing apple to apples on windows the price was considerably better. I thank Rob for making the choice easy. Hopefully the install is as seamless.

We were new to the window replacement world, and after having several bids and different quotes my husband reached out to Advanced Window Products. Rob Mower called my husband right back on a Saturday and provided him with instant information. We quickly came home and looked at their website which was very well put together with some great information. Rob came to our home the following Monday and was on time and quick with the entire presentation and was just an all around great guy. We quickly signed up and put a 50% deposit down and cannot wait for the 12 weeks we were quoted for all new 17 windows. Hopefully that installation process will go just as great as what Rob has done and told us up to this point.

We knew in advance that the windows would take about 2 months to make and they were. But once ready did not take long to have them installed in one day. Ken Jankowski was my Salesman. I had heard commercials for Advanced windows and as a Realtor for over 17 years I see what type of windows fail over just a few years that the newer and most of the large builders use. CHEAP! I wanted quality windows with a warranty against a failed seal, or blemishes and that looked good and solid.Ken showed me the windows, and explained his lifetime warranty..... I have used the warranty twice.... No issues no hassle. They came out and fixed a scraped piece of vinyl. Also after the installation the screen guy said that one of the screens was not right.... I didn't see it but he did and the next week installed a new one.I cannot say enough good things about this company. THanks for being so honest and professional in every step of the way.

Updated review:After playing phone tag with Ken, we were able to setup a time for a quote. Product looks great and Ken is a nice salesman. After a little hiccup at the beginning with communication, I was happy to see them work so hard to make an appointment to give a bid. I will more than likely be purchasing windows through them. As mentioned, their product looks great and they look to have many benefits when buying through them. Ken even explained the process of wrapping the original wood exterior so there would be no need to paint and maintain (house is an old ‘50s style with original wood and brick exterior). I did appreciate him taking the time to explain that process.Thanks for the work on reaching out and fitting in a time to swing by to bid out these old, wood windows.Well, I was ready to buy windows and placed an inquiry on their website. Received a call the next business day, even got a text message. I missed the call because I was in meetings for work. I even replied to the text message. I called back the next day and haven’t heard back. I suppose they must have enough business since they clearly don’t want mine

Great experience all around from purchase to installation. Low pressure sales and he actually advised when not to add in certain types of doors. The installation crew was awesome and incredibly fast. The best part for me was they obviously had a new guy on the crew who had tons of questions. We replaced over 45 windows in our home in 2015. The installers worked professionally, during a very wintery week, to get our windows installed.We have had incredible service on the continued maintainance of our windows. Ken and the office staff have always been responsive to any questions about how to operate and maintain our windows and screens. Our first experience with Advanced Window Products was in a different town on a different house over 17 years ago. We loved them! So, when we decided we needed new windows (badly) , it was natural to start with them at our current house. They DID NOT disappoint! We ordered all new windows (9) and a new slider with that AWESOME pet door (we have 7 very large dogs). The installers (2 and one of those had a broken wrist) showed up at 9:30 a.m. and were pulling out of our driveway at 3:30 p.m. The house is quiet and cleaner with the new install! We looked at a handful of window companies, and we ultimately determined that advanced window was the easy first choice.When we first started looking, Rob, the salesman, can to our house, gave a short, but great demo, looked at our current setup, and gave us an accurate quote, within about 20 minutes. It was extremely convenient and easy to follow.Setting up the appointments were easy, and they were great about working around our schedule.When the installers came, they were quick but very efficient. Even though we kept watching them from time to time (just through curiosity) and asking them questions, they were patient with us and had actual conversations with us. They were very congenial and maintained a happy disposition.The prices were very comparable, and cheaper in most cases, to other companies. Overall, we're very happy with the entire process and won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

They have a streamlined system for measuring, production, and installation, and it went like clockwork. My salesman was Rob Mower. He arrived early for starters. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. He answered all of my questions(and I had many) without hesitation. I recently purchased a glass panel for my sliding glass door that had a doggie door right in the glass. I love it. The installer was kind and efficient, and I am so glad to be rid of the cheap doggie door inserts that don't allow the door to lock and need so much weatherstripping to attempt to keep the cold out! Advanced Window Products has installed windows for me in the past also, and I've been happy with them.

I’m so happy I chose to go with Advanced Window Products! They didn’t try to push expensive windows on me, they got me the windows that I needed for a price that worked for me. They were on time for all of their appointments, the even rushed to get my windows in before the cold weather because I told them I was concerned about having my house open and being cold. The installers were kind and courteous and cleaned up their messes. And when the insurance came back questioning me about upgrading to vinyl instead of fixing my aluminum window Ken was that right there to make sure they had the proper information and to answer their questions. After researching three other window companies, we finally decided to go with Advanced Window Products. One of the main reasons is, we were so impressed with Rob when he came out to discuss with us their product.He was so informative, personable, and great at suggesting what would look good with our style of home. Once our installation day was scheduled, Marshall and Rory came on time and were efficient and conscientious about cleaning up each day. Because windows are expensive, it took us a long time to make the decision to replace all the windows in our home, but now we wished we had done it sooner. The windows are beautiful! We replace all our windows in our 2 years ago and loved the entire process. Our two main considerations when buying windows were price and quality. We could not beat the price and the quality of the windows is excellent. They keep the heat out in the summer and only get slightly cool in the winter, which is great for Utah winters. I am only writing this post now because our house settled a little which caused one of our windows to shift. This created a hairline crack in the corner of the window frame on that window. I remembered the lifetime warranty and emailed them. They got back to me promptly, came out and inspected it. Now they are scheduled to come out to replace the frame or whole window if need be. No hassles. The lifetime warranty simply can not be beat. They stand by their product and their warranty.

I remodeled a house to get it ready to put on the market. Received several bids for new windows for the entire house. Two factors were important to me (1) Price and (2) Date of Installation. They delivered on both. Pricing was by far the best I received. Windows were installed on the day that they promised. The installers were excellent. Professional, fast, and cleaned up their mess so I didn't have to. Timing was important as I had other contractors lined up after the windows were installed. The house went on the market on the day that I planned. The house is so much quieter now. I would highly recommend Advanced Windows.

OVERVIEWAlthough I was initially nervous because of confusion during the sales pitch, I am overall satisfied with my windows two years after they were installed.SALESThe salesman was pushy and confusing. I felt like he didn't have enough time to answer all of my questions. We had to decide if we wanted to purchase windows during his visit in order to get the price he quoted. If you're interested in comparing the price of other window companies, get those estimates first.The salesman also said that windows could be installed from the inside and look fine. The man who took more detailed measurements disagreed and helped us determine how to modify our home's genuine rock facade to enable the proper installation.SERVICEAlmost every call I've made to Advanced Windows has been pleasantly handled. After the sales pitch I still had questions. Their customer service answered each question thoroughly. When our building and permits department determined that a bathroom window that Advanced quoted without tempered glass did need tempered glass, Advanced changed the order. They did not charge us extra because it was their mistake. Within the first year we had some caulk that cracked. They sent a representative to fix it. He left extra caulk that we could use if we had more problems.INSTALLATIONDuring the sales pitch, I specified that I wanted installers who would respect my home and would not smoke on our property. John and Dale were requested as installers on our contract. They showed up promptly and led a team to install 23 windows including two large sliding doors and one window that is almost ten feet wide. They were fast, courteous, and competent. I checked the sliding, caulking (inside and out) and frames of every window before they left. Everything was excellent.The factory sized three of the screens incorrectly. Within two weeks a representative came to fix them.AESTHETICThe window color is true to the sample I saw. The frames are have clean lines and don't bug out. I haven't seen any signs of wear or fading. Some of the vinyl corner welds and butt joints could be cleaner or tighter. I have several windows with sliders on both sides of the fixed pane. The cam locks are locked when in the up position on the left and the down position on the right. I wish the locks were in the same position on both sides when locked. The locks aren't visible from the outside.FUNCTIONOf course these windows seem to keep our house warmer than the old aluminum framed, single paned windows we had before. They slide well, and I don't hear as much traffic as I used to. We have had some condensation and, during -20 F weather, frost on the inside of the glass. The air conditioner doesn't seem to run as much in the summer. We've had the odd problem of a few hornets finding their way into house. It's always by the same two closed windows, and they are trapped behind the curtains. I've wondered if some part of the window isn't sealed as tightly as it should be.

We received 4 bids all within a few hundred bucks of each other but I chose Advanced mainly because the windows are manufactured here locally and I knew of an employee that worked there many years ago who was treated very well by the owner so I believe it is a honest company.The installation was my favorite part, Brad and the team worked hard, fast and efficient. They were professional and courteous. I was very impressed at the pride they took in their work. I was here for all the bids except this one, the sales rep and my husband called me and the sales rep said what do I need to do to make this happen today? He said you can come down to the show room and I will show you everything on this day at this time of you sign today. So I told my husband to go ahead. I drove out to the show room on that day at that time for the appointment and he had no idea who I was or why I was there. He said “ well I can’t remember what I say to people I talk to 12 people a day”. He half hearted showed me what I purchased and I left very disappointed and expected the experience to go south from there. HOWEVER, the installers made up for it all and I absolutely love the windows! They are all I dreamed of. (So far)

We were pleasantly surprised at how the ultra violet treatment and energy reducing features let in plenty of light yet significantly blocks heat from the sun. Promises were made but nothing came of it. I haven't got the check yet, but, Janetha has been doing a great job keeping me updated and even responding to my concerns on weekend nights. When we were ready to replace our old, aluminum framed windows, we listened to presentations from various companies- though the presentations were similar, we were looking for some key elements that we weren't finding. Our last presentation was by Ken from Advanced Window Products. A Utah company- their windows are manufactured in Salt Lake City (for our altitude and climate) and installed by good people who make their homes, buy their groceries, and pay their taxes right here in Utah. A key element for us. Energy efficient, rebate eligible windows? Check. Quality installation? Check. Reasonable waiting period between order and install? Check. Competent and courteous office staff? Check. Lifetime warranty? One more time, check. A solid experience from beginning to end- our windows were installed on time as promised, and they look great. We are thrilled with our purchase and happy about our experience with Advanced Window Products.

Advanced Windows installed a dog door for us a couple of years ago and we recently built a new home and had them install another one. We’ve had other dog doors in the past but this is a superior product and I would highly recommend it.

I wish I could give them a good review. I scheduled an appointment with Billy to be at my house. I came home on time. Billy never showed up or called. Very unprofessional. I have a schedule, job, and life, too.Edit: They called me the next day to apologize for Billy being unreliable and for not showing up. I rescheduled and Jeremy came right on time and was very polite and professional. He felt very bad about Billy not showing up for the appointment and really took care of our request. Now that's what I call good customer service. Makes you feel like a valuable customer.

Darren knows how to treat his clients with respect and he will go to bat for them to get them a fair price for window replacements. We were sold on his level of commitment and willingness to follow up.We are looking forward to getting our windows installed (hopefully in January '18). I'm confident that the installers will also do a great job and what's reassuring is that the windows and service are warrantied (even accidental breakage) for the duration of the homeowner and is also transferable to the next homeowner.Hopefully we can follow up with a long term review after having the windows for an extended amount of time.*UPDATE 01-29-18*After waiting patiently, we finally got our windows installed and it was well worth the wait. There was a couple of hick-ups during the journey, however I have to say that AWP have gone above and beyond in their customer satisfaction to get the job done! Kudo's to Dave and his install team as well as Tracy for taking the time to re-assure us that they will get the job done. We feel that every member on the AWP family have been professional, courteous and approachable throughout. They have me as a customer for life and our decision to go with AWP was the right choice. AWP will be the 'go to' recommendation when friends/family are in the market for replacement windows.

We had advanced window replace one large aluminum window in the house we just bought since it was the only window that was original and needed to be replaced. We wanted a very energy efficient window because, again due to the size, we would be losing or gaining a lot of heat through it. I called quite a few other window replacement stores and eventually chose advanced because of their customer service, professionalism and knowledge. Other widow companies put me on hold because the rep had to find out what their SHGC was and then again for the U-factor. One wouldn't do it because I only needed one window and another wouldn't give me any information over the phone because they had to send someone to my house to take measurements and THEN they would talk to me. That is not something I'm interested in with little kids who always need something and all I'm trying to do is compare companies. Advanced talked to me on the phone, several times, gave me all the information I was looking for without needing to put me on hold, were kind and patient when they came to get my order. We will be working with them

I had a great experience with this company! Ken did an amazing and through job explaining all the energy efficiency aspects of these windows as well as letting us know about rebates available to us. They were here when they arranged to be here, the installation staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and even cleaned up the work areas! All of the people I dealt with at Advanced Windows were very nice and helpful, from Billy as the initial sales contact, Matt who took final measurements, and then Jason and Curt who did the installation. All of them were very respectful and Jason and Curt were very attentive to keeping their work area clean and leaving no trace. I felt like I got a good price for the 21 windows and 1 sliding door we ordered. Their build/install time line was toward the end of their 6-8 week estimate which worked out okay with the progress of our home addition. I noticed a slightly "darker" atmosphere in the rooms after the windows were installed. I assume it's the tint or effect of the double pane glass. Time will tell if there is any measurable energy savings, but as for right now, we love the look and feel of the new windows. Their functions (sliding & lifting) are so smooth and nice, it's hard to believe we put up with the old ones for so long. My father used Advanced, now I have used them too. I'm sure there are other excellent windows out there, but I can't speak to those. I certainly would recommend Advanced, since they were pretty competitive and easy to do business with.

Rob Mower came to my home, and was very professional as he accessed our 22 year old windows. He was honest as to which windows needed to be replaced, and open about his opinions on those that didn't need to be replaced. I ended up replacing our sliding glass door, and the two windows on each side. He believe that this will save us long term on our heating expenses on an annual basis. Rob Mower was great... and I will come back when I need to replace the other windows in our home.

The window replacement process at my home started out of necessity as there was a leaky, shoddly installed replacement window that was most likely a hasty, mid winter, stop gap, emergency repair.I determined that I also wanted to replace my patio door along with leaky window. It then became apparent that it would be more economical and aesthetically symmetrical to replace all of the windows in the large, open, main level room of the house.Aside from the necessity listed above, I primarily decided to replace the windows in my home for energy saving purposes as Advanced Window products are Energy Star Certified.I've also received multiple complimnts from neighbors about the upgraded asetics of the new windows.Not only are the windows great, but the patio atrium door that these guys built replaced my stock builder's slidding glass door. They customized it with an over sized, lockable, pet door for our two Newfoundlands! This is a must for K9 owners and a good place to start on a home window/door replacement up grade program.I've used Advanced Window Products to replace 12 windows and one patio door in two separate install sessions. I will continue to use them to replace the remaining dozen windows in my home.Great organization.Highly recomended.

We had our 24 year old original aluminium basement windows replaced. The process was simple, we put 50% down and paid in full upon completion of installation. We even get a rebate back. The install crew was very professional and did a great job. I jumped into my window wells to clean out the pine cones, leaves and debri, but it wasn't necessary for all my windows could have been accessed when they took the old ones out. Our new windows have a finish on them that blocks the suns rays so we are happy we updated. We would recommend Advanced Windows to you for your windows

I was nervous about going through the process of getting new windows, but after Ken's first visit to show us the window option those nerves disappeared. He was amazing to work with. He gave us a fair estimate, explained the rebate, and the entire process, from the measurement to the final install, went just how he explained to us it would. I had a good experience meeting with Darren about replacing the windows in my 60 year old house. I appreciated that he followed up with us so quickly to arrange a time for the consultation and answered questions thoroughly. I am especially grateful that Advanced Window is EPA certified and recognized my concerns about the potential for lead paint on our original windows. The quote we were given for double hung windows was very reasonable- far lower than another bid we had and was only slightly higher than the quote a company that was not EPA certified gave us for single hung windows! We will be going with Advanced for our window replacement and I will be sure to update the review when I get the actual windows in!

When I bought my house the windows were old and broken. They had moisture in the old double panes. They were a mess. I had to replace the windows immediately. I called Advanced Windows and was lucky to have Ken help me solve my window problem. The replacement widows are fantastic. They were quick and efficient and completed the work on time. Then when I decided to add a new window Ken helped me find the right window size for my project and was able to work with my contractors schedule so I didn't have a hole in my wall waiting for the window to arrive. I am highly satisfied!

These guys have been great so far. Rob was awesome and kept things short but always made sure I didn't have any questions. When I wanted to discuss things with my husband he stepped out and gave us some privacy to discuss our finances etc. The tech that came and did the measurements (sorry don't remember his name) was very polite and mindful of our things as he did the measurements, he also made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. The sales person was very good. He worked with our budget and we got a good deal. The installer was very nice and professional. He did a good job, but He left a TON of oil stains on our driveway that we cannot get off. The windows look great, but our driveway looks terrible! UPDATE: The company contacted us and told us they will send someone to clean up the driveway. That's awesome! I'll come update again when it's done. UPDATE: They send a person to power wash our driveway. He was really great and did his very best. We were very pleased that they were so willing to send someone over to fix the problem. We still have one more window (our sliding door) that we weren't quite able to afford that we need to replace. We will for sure be doing that with Advanced Windows when we are able.

Not sure why you would have any negative reviews! Salesman was very professional and thorough and asked all of my questions and brought in several samples and was very thorough in figuring out what would look and work best but also not break the bank. The manufacturing and installing of the windows took less time than what I was quoted and the install was taken care of by two friendly men in less than a day. These windows are not only beautiful especially in comparison to the awful single pane aluminum ones I had but they are already making a difference on indoor temperature and keeping outside sounds, outside!Thanks for the great service, will highly recommend!

Our previous windows were horrible, anything would have been better, but these windows are amazing. My kids are actually sleeping through the night now, which they didn't because it was cold in their rooms and could hear the cars on the street (and we do it live on a busy street!) It took almost all day to get them installed, but that is because he took care to get it perfect and make it look flawless. I am very pleased with the windows. Thank you Advanced Windows!

I decided to get quotes from 4 companies before choosing. The last two never showed, but compared to the first one, Advanced windows was about 40% less for what seemed to be about the same window. The sales guy of advanced didn't seem like he was trying to sell me as much either. I would recommend them!!!

I am a licensed architect in the state of Utah and a project manager over many remodel and new construction jobs at The U. I receive bids all the time from suppliers and contractors. When it came to replacing windows in my home, I went out for bids and had 5 companies come out. Ken with advanced was by far the least aggressive and seemed most honest. They had by far the best bid by thousands. Matt did a great job with the installation. Took his time. Manufacturing and installation deadlines were met. They even followed up after install. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Advanced Windows. They have been replacing my existing windows over a period of years. I had Darren come and give me an estimate on a few more windows I needed replaced last summer and was so impressed with him. Darren is just the nicest, most professional person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He has treated me with the utmost care and respect. There are not many people like him left in the world. He has bent over backwards to make sure all my window needs have been met. He always answers his phone and gets back with you. I needed another window replaced recently and called him again to see if he could make it work. I continue to do business with Advanced Windows because of him. I also would refer anyone to do business with Advanced Windows and I have no reservation doing so. Their windows are wonderful and above all Darren is wonderful. Customer service is a lost art and most companies do a very poor job of it. Darren's customer service has been superior and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am beyond thrilled with my new windows. Everything happened on schedule or even a bit ahead of schedule, the workers were all really professional and took care to keep my house clean during the process. I can't believe how fast they replaced all the windows in my house. And, the best part was the wrapping around the outside trim and window sills. My 100+ year old house had crumbling window sills but now they are nicely wrapped and look fantastic. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The only negative is that the salesman was telling me that I'd be eligible for a nice rebate from the utility companies for getting new windows. But in actuality, the windows they sold me weren't even eligible because the window rating isn't high enough.

The easiest part of our renovation was getting new windows from Advanced Windows. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Todd was a great salesperson, he came to our home and taught us about the windows and gave great suggestions such as using a window that slides up and down with a rain pattern just on the bottom half of the small bathroom window to have privacy while still getting light into the room (we LOVE it). Chris did a great job installing our 10 windows in just a few hours. We love the look of the new windows. Thanks!

As Promised, I am back to change my review. Previously there was some miscommunication that led to some unreasonable install dates.Everything was resolved and installation was done on time. Although, they told me since I had such a large job (18 windows) that it would take two days to install. I was surprised at first as that was something that wasn't explained to me by sales or anyone else. That didn't bother me, I was simply happy that they were getting them installed on time.Next, the surprise on install day. They mentioned they had another crew coming out to help and would finish it all in one day! Now, I don't think that is normal so don't get your hopes up, but it was a nice surprise and they did in fact have it done by mid-afternoon! The install crews were very nice and willing to do anything to make sure it was right.Finally, there was one little glitch in one of the windows and they promptly scheduled the replacement of it!So far so good! The real test will be this winter! :)

In 2010 we had 13 new windows installed in our home upstairs. We love them, they are easy to clean and the quality is excellent.Now in fall of 2016 we have ordered 5 new windows for our downstairs which will make new windows all around.The installation in 2010 was done efficiently and now the ordering and measuring part of the last 5 windows has been completed. We are looking forward to having them installed the first part of December.Our salesman, Ken, has been friendly, on time, efficient and thorough.We give him top marks.

My salesman was Ken Jankowski. I was referred by a co-worker who had a very good experience with the company.Mr. Jankowski came on a Saturday and gave me a straight forward, no nonsense presentation. He was done in about 45 minutes to get the ball rolling. Within a few days I was contacted to have someone come do exact measurements, and the windows were installed three weeks later.The gentlemen who installed the windows was Marshall, along with another installer whose name I cannot remember. They arrived within the stated period of time, looked at the job and got started. I am a person who has animals and they were in a designated room; the last to be done. They followed my instructions concerning my pets and all went very well. The installation took about 2 ½ hours and they cleaned up after themselves. Kind, courteous and hard working installers.I highly recommend Advanced Windows to anyone looking to replace or get new windows installed.

Hello,I contacted 4 window companies for bids to replace 17 windows inmy home. When I called Advanced Windows, Darren promptly set up anappointment to measure and presented a bid. When he left, he asked meto call him to review any concerns, " I want to know what it will take toearn your business."Today I was ready to go with another company, but I thought I would giveDarren a courtesy call (as I told him I would do so,) to let him know I wouldbe going with another company. I am so glad I made that call because he asked me if he could get his boss to match a lower verified bid would I be on board with this? Our experience has been top-notch, from the sales personnel (Ken) to the installation crew. The installation was scheduled for the day that the storm with those two tornadoes blew through the area. Advanced sent three crews to try and get in ahead of the storm, but right in the middle of the job, the storm arrived! The crews were amazing and worked right through, albeit from the inside and not on the ladders outside and completed the job in an exemplary and safe manner. We were very impressed with their work and would recommend Advanced Window Products to anyone who wants a quality product and a quality installation! Well done!

The remodeling project on my newly purchased home was extensive. In terms of windows alone, I needed 46 new ones in varying shapes and sizes. I called Advanced and spoke with Joe. He came out to measure. He listened to my needs and shared his expertise.My new windows have now been installed, and I am so happy with the results. The installation crew did a great job, and Joe followed through with me every step of the way. If you need windows or siding, I highly recommend giving Joe a call.

I had a great experience. I had a time crunch problem and Advanced Window Products went the extra mile to expedite my order. They made the deadline I had with three days to spare. The installation crew was amazing. If you are just thinking about or have decided to get new windows please give Ken and the people at Advanced Windows a call. You owe it to yourself to at least let them come and bid on your project.As for prices they were very competitive if not better than the other companies I had bid on our project. Ken took the time to show us the product and took the time to answer our many questions. The installers (The Dave's) were great to work with and did a fantastic job. The whole installation took about 6 hours. And last but not least the product itself is everything they said it would be. We had 11 windows and a new sliding glass door installed and could not be happier with them and the whole process.Bottom line - If you like prompt, professional people to work with, a great price and a fantastic product give them a call. We did and could not be happier.

Darren worked with us while we contemplated quotes from nearly 10 other window companies. We narrowed it down to a final few and went back and forth for several days, asking each provider to answer more questions. At times the other vendors seemed annoyed, but Darren was always happy to answer our questions and address our concerns. Darren obviously believes in his product and we felt he was straight up with us. Darren also did everything he could to work with us and within our budget. In the end, we went to the showroom to see the windows and discuss the last remaining hesitations we had. We left after signing the deal with Advanced and feeling very good about our decision. It came down to the quality of the window, the warranty, and level of service we received and we feel like we made the best choice.

Darren was my sales rep and he was awesome in scheduling our consultation and quote. He came to the house after my wife and I got home from work and he was professional and funny. He explained the process, told us what to expect from our new windows, and helped us out with a Veterans discount. The quote was much lower than we expected!! They scheduled a lead paint test for me because my house is older. Originally we were told that installation was 6-8 weeks out. They called and were able to schedule us 3 weeks out so we didn't have to wait so long. Chris was my installer and he was courteous, professional and a fellow Marine! Small world! Installation took less than a day for all 6 windows I had replaced and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to the Advanced Windows team for making our experience a great one!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

We had Darren give us a quote to replace all of the windows in our home. We liked him right off and he was very pleasant to work with. Darren was very helpful to us in explaining the ins and outs of the product offered. He also was very helpful in getting us a fair price. No one enjoys paying to replace windows, but I feel the price was very fair for the quality of product being sold. I will update this review when the windows are installed.

I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Windows. We had them do our upstairs windows a number of years ago and now it was time for the basement windows...which I might add had rusted terribly. Ken came out and looked at them and then called two colleagues. He sent them photos and got their input as to a solution to the problem. We decided on a plan that I was pleased with and wrote up the contract. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the installed windows. They looked better than I could even imagine. They installed a wrap to fix the rust situation and make sure everything was waterproof. Advanced Windows is in business to please the customer. They were courteous and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the results.

The salesperson did a great job of explaining the different aspects of the windows. Installation person did a great job on the install. They were also installed in the time frame originally quoted. One small drawback was the explanation of how to get my rebate with Rocky Mountain Power was unclear. The lady in the office took care of my questions on that end and got me squared away. My mom also had Advanced put windows in her rental and had a good experience.

The price and quality of the windows were the best in town. I've noticed a solid 4 degree difference in where I have to keep the thermostat on day one. There was some slight damage to my walls on the installation, but with a 70 year old lath and plaster house it seemed inevitable. They were great with clean up and follow up.

We've only had our windows for a couple of weeks. Ken was great to work with though and was super nice. They came a little later than what we were told, but we weren't necessarily in a rush, so that didn't affect us. The guys were quick and efficient. No broken glass or anything of that sort to have to worry about cleaning up. For the price, these windows were well worth it. We had Windows that were early 1900s, so anything would have made a difference, but these have helped reduce how frequent our furnace was turning on. They definitely make the home look far better too. Thank you guys!

Just had my new windows installed and they look great! Really looking forward to the noise reduction, energy savings, and the view through new windows. Todd Peters was my salesman and I really appreciated his work. He explained the product and its benefits, listened to my questions, and provided helpful insight. Regarding cost, he got me a fair price and really made the process simple. Install crew worked quickly and carefully and did a great job! All of this is well worth the money spent. We needed new windows very badly, we had moisture between our windows, drafts everywhere, broken screens, and aluminum frames that looked old and awful. My windows look AMAZING now! They are easy to open and take out if I need to clean them and they have really changed how my whole home looks, I love it! The best part is how they have a life-time warranty. I met Todd, the agent and salesman, in November and talked about replacing 14 windows and re-siding both the addition to my old, adobe house and the shed out back. I gave him a down payment then. That seemed right because the windows in my house are not standard; in fact, no two are exactly the same size so all had to be custom-made.The work began in January (2015) with the removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones. Prior to this work, when it was very windy outside there was a breeze in that part of the house even though the windows could no longer be opened. The new windows all open, flip down for washing their outsides (8 of them are on the second floor), have an inert gas sealed between the panes. They look appropriate for my 129 year old house and work so well!A while later the siding crew arrived to cover the old wooden siding (high levels of lead in the paint) completely on both the house and the shed out back. The work was done by two brothers who worked without ceasing until the job was finished. They clearly knew their job, went right to it and worked very efficiently. There was rotten wood on the shed exterior which is all gone now and replaced with new, solid wood. They even put a sort of flashing at the bottom of the siding to direct water in the future away from both the shed and the addition on the back of the house.When they finished James came to put up the rain gutters on both the house and the shed. He did a wonderful job which showed me I wish I had had him do the gutters when the roof was replaced some years ago.I want to mention that all of the workers, two men removing and replacing windows, two men working on the siding (Derek and David) and the man who put up the rain gutters were clean (at least at the start of the day) good workers, and pleasant to have around. I could easily imagine having dinner with any of them. That doesn't always happen!

I am a huge fan of Advanced Windows. I put a lot of effort into studying the window industry and found that what i purchased from them met all of the criteria I had identified. My salesman, Rob Mower, was extremely helpful in getting me through the process. It was a big step and a lot of money on a tight budget but he was very patient and helpful in answering any questions I had and seeing the project through to the end result. I am very pleased with the windows. They are truly beautiful. The installers did an excellent job. I had Advanced Windows replace all my upstairs windows one and one-half years ago. I was so pleased with the ease of operation, especially when it came to cleaning the outside of the windows (because I didn't have to go outside to do it), that I had them come again this summer and replace the downstairs ones. And not only are the windows great but the employees that did the work, on both occasions, were wonderful. They were courteous, professional and the clean up was excellent. A great experience.

Adavanced Windows did a fantastic job on window replacement in our home, primarily basement windows. The sales bid offered me was exactly what I had asked for, unlike bids I had recieved from some other companies. The salesman was very knowlegable and upfront about all of the costs associated with our window replacement, as well as potential issues with my property. Installation was quick, easy, and effective. The windows themselves are great quality, and have made a significant impact on our homes energy efficiency, and overall value. We just recently had almost all of our windows replaced through these guys and I'm really impressed with them in every respect. The sales guy, Ken, was easy to work with and considerate of our particular needs and unique windows. He didn't pressure us at all and was willing to negotiate the price when we got a second bid from another company.The installers (Marshall and crew) were really polite and professional and did an excellent job. The windows look great, and make a huge difference in the comfort of our older 1950s home.Even though they weren't the cheapest option, I'm very happy that we went with Advanced Window Products.

We are replacing 6 windows in our home and Advanced Window sent Ken to do a free estimate for us. He was honest, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. Advanced works with a great glass manufacturer (cardinal) and then make their own frames here in Utah and custom fit them to your house. Their prices are also fairly good. I would recommend calling them!

I cannot express enough how happy I am with Advanced Window!! We didn't know it at the time how difficult the installation of our patio door would be. There were unforeseen issues that they could have easily walked away from or dropped in our lap to correct before installing the door. Matt, our installer, stuck it out and made sure that we have a properly install door that will last a life time. I couldn't be more happy!!!Price was great.Communication was a little lacking, I did feel like I had to nag a little.Customer Service and Care... just flat out AMAZING!!!!I will use Advanced Window in the future and happily recommend them to anyone!!

I am very please with the purchase of our new windows from Advanced Wndows Usa! We have notice quite a bit how much cooler our home stays in this extreme heat. I love the quality of the window, they really do keep a home cool and warm in the winter. Every one we have dealt with has been extremely helpful. I have to give special Props to our sales man KEN. He really showed us the reason to purchase these windows just for the savings we will accur. You cant go wrong with purchasing Advanced Window Products.

This is a great company. I am so happy with Ken. He came over to introduce the windows to me. He was very helpful. John C. was my installer. He is very good. I love the way he cleans up each area after he installs the new windows. I would happily recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Ken was so great! The windows are wonderful. They keep out the heat/UV rays. They keep it cool in the summer and keep the heat in during the winter. Our utility bills have gone down. We are very pleased with our windows.
