This is the 3rd time I have used Advance windows. Jeremy my sales guy is real knowledgeable and walked me through the best options. The first 11 windows I had done I had a few problems. One leaked and a couple had marks between the glass. They took care of the problems and they don’t make you feel guilty for being a little picky. That’s why I am having 10 more done. I was concerned about leaks and doing fram over windows, so I told Jeremy to send out a good installer. Brad and Sam did an awesome job. Brads cuts on the windows were a lot tighter than the other installer and caulked the fram inside and out and foamed around the windows. I’m also impressed that the owner upgraded to osi caulk, which in my opinion is the best you can use, the last windows caulk yellow a little bit. I worked retail construction and I can sleep good at night, knowing my windows were installed right. There trim around the windows looked awesome, and there caulk inside all most looked like they used tape, but they didn’t, pretty straight and clean. Thanks Brad and Sam. You will be doing my next 10 next year

Hello Advanced! This is the third time I have purchased windows from Ken and we have been thrilled everytime. Ny Aunt just bought sll new windows for her house also from Ken. My neighbor accross the street stopped by to talk about Advanced as they had also replaced their windows with Advanced and are super happy with them.Each time new windows were installed the installers were extremely friendly and very curteous and clean.I think you should place signs in the front yards where you have recently installed new windows so that the neighbors and those going by can see who did the work.Thanks for the great job!!!Kris Moyes

We have had a great experience with Advanced Window Products. It started with the salesman, Darren, who patiently explained things, answered our questions, and worked to get us the best price he could. The scheduling staff and others have been easy to work with. The installers--Ben, Tate, and Kameron--were very professional and friendly, and they did a great job. There were issues with three of the windows that were outside of the control of the installers, which required a follow-up installation visit, but it didn't take too long for that to happen, and everything went well during that process. We understand that mistakes happen, and we were very pleased that the company took responsibility for its mistakes and made sure they were fixed. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Advanced Window Products for replacement windows.

We had an issue with glass going bad on a window in a home we recently purchased and weren’t sure who the manufacturer was or how to get it serviced. We called Advanced and found out they are a local manufacturer and installer and they didn’t care that they didn’t do the original install. They came out right away to take measurements and within a few weeks we had replacement glass and our beautiful view of the mountains restored. All with a lifetime warranty and high efficiency glass! The service was great, pricing was very fair, and we even had one of the owners on site the day of our replacement. Thank you Janetha for helping coordinate everything and big thanks to Nate for taking time out of his busy schedule to be on site the day of the install with a big smile. Todd has been terrific in advising us with regard to window choices in the two times we have purchased from AWP. He provides comparisons in window types and counsel on style. He has been open and responsive. There's not much to say beyond this.I am afraid I don't know the names of the gentlemen who installed our windows but they have been equally expert. In one case, we could not move furniture for installation and they figured out a way to get around it. They also dealt effectively with a situation in which our newly-installed bookshelves made in difficult to install window. Very impressive!We have purchased from AWP twice now. We felt a bit risk-averse in the beginning. Neither of us feel that way anymore with regard to AWP.Thanks so much for your good work!

Ken took the time to explain the manufacturing process. The timeline to installation and warranties after windows were ordered. A few months went by quickly and Chris and his son Tucker came out and began installation, it was pretty seamless. Not only did the outstanding job of installing and caulking inside and out, but hauled off all my old crappy windows. They hand vacuumed the carpets when they left and even did a little extra caulking where some sheetrock had flaked away. Excellent service. Also had a screen that was just slightly off. So happy to have finally replaced all our old, mismatched windows with custom-built, easy-to-use, fairly-priced, and nice-looking windows! So grateful Advanced wasn't trying to upsell us on their wide array of products. We have a lot of small basement windows that we were not prepared to dig out and replace with full-size window wells. Advanced made a point of offering our same size windows with additional features that could make each window a viable emergency escape route without the additional remodeling costs. We love their window screens, the double locks, and the easy cleaning features. Definitely recommend Advanced Windows!

From the beginning to the end, it was a pleasant and a very professional experience working with Advanced Window Products. Rob was great in explaining all aspects (cost, appearance, noise reduction, etc.) of replacing our windows.Ben and his crew replaced all 12 windows in 1 day. They were very courteous, well mannered, asking for permission every time they were coming in & out and clean. They did not leave a mess behind after they were done.Our bedroom is very close to a very "truck-heavy" traffic street. Now that we have "Off Set" glass windows (that's trade lingo for noise reduction), we hardly hear the trucks in the mornings anymore. We believe we have at least 85% outside noise reduction in our house. Brock was our installer. He did a great job. And he was nice to talk with. Clean, and professional. Made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I didn’t have to pick up, or throw anything away. He did it all! We did have some damage done to our Sheetrock on one of our windows but couldn’t get anyone to come back and fix it.

Ten years ago Craig SOLD us windows to replace some broken ones. I gave him the size of the hole where the windows would go. The windows provided were bigger than the size of the window opening which I measured and provided. Craig wouldn't back up the junk provided because he was a piece of work. The REALLY good news is that Craig is GONE! Now everyone can have a great experience at Advanced Windows and Doors. Just ask for Janetha or any of the knowledgeable staff. Nathan was great. He was delayed by a day due to massive storms and in turn sacrificed his weekend to get the job done. He never tried to rush the job but was very meticulous in putting the windows in the right way. My double paned sliding glass door was broken by a microburst during a thunderstorm. This has not happened in the 47 years I have lived in this house.Advanced Window Products was the best of three bids and the replacement sliding glass door has met all my expectations. A very good quality lock on the door impressed me. Door also rolls very smoothly compared to my original sliding glass door.

This was a simple, no stress process with Advanced Windows from start to finish. Darren was willing to answer our questions. The windows themselves look great and have made our home not only warmer, but also quieter. The installers Don and Joe were polite, professional and did not leave any mess. When we had an issue with another contractor, Advanced Windows was willing to work around our schedule. The install itself was not only painless, it was a very pleasant experience. Darren was awesome! He was very thorough explaining the product and listened to what we were looking for and gave us his recommendations (which we went with). One of our main concerns was how new windows would help heating/cooling for our upstairs as we live in a tri level home and it gets very warm in up there. He also told us he had a home similar to ours and the windows helped a ton. He also advised it would help with noise as we live very close to a busy street. Which it does.We are very pleased with how the windows make the house look and are looking forward to seeing the effect they have on our utilities. Our dogs LOVE the size of their new dog door!

From start to finish each representative of Advanced Window Products was responsive, clear about their assignments, and polite. They were patient with us as it was difficult to find our out of the way cabin, and worked around our schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

The total experience was great. Darren gave us a no pressure quote and that made us comfortable. Clayton the installer was very skilled. He had the windows in in no time. His clean up after the project was amazing. He even went out of his way to see that everything was in place. I would highly recommend this company!
