I can't say enough good things about Advanced Windows! They installed some very old windows in my home. Chris was so professional and treated my home so much kinder than other window installs I've had done. Normally I have to spackle and paint and I was so grateful for that I didn't have to do that at all this time. The windows wonderful and make my home so much more functional and such amazing quality, especially with the awesome screens that bend and flex! After meeting with 5 other window companies, salesman Rob met with us and answered all our questions and provided a great bid. Our home had 43 year old “high end” wood windows that needed replacement, but I was so concerned about maintaining the look and style they provided our home. We called others and visited your shop to alleviate those concerns. Everyone assured me it would be fine. However, it wasn’t until Brad and crew arrived for installation I felt more at ease. I had our old windows replaced by advanced window products. First time we installed 3 in our bed room. We found the new windows blocked most heat from outside made the room more comfortable. So we decided to replace the other 15 windows. We like all the new windows. They are easy to open and clean. Quality is good and have a transferable life time warranty. We were contacted from a company going door to door. Their prices were high and when we said we wanted to get other bids they said they could hold the price for 2 days. I went to a local company and was treated very poorly. Someone came out the next day and their bid was a little less. My husband saw an ad in Value Pages Magazine and called. He got Rob and told Rob how many windows we have and Rob’s estimate was way less than the other two. We had Rob come out today. He explained every detail about your windows and it was so interesting. Pleased with the new windows. We get quite a few compliments on them from neighbors. So much more light in our home, and our curb appeal has certainly gone up! That being said, there are some things I wish they had done when installing. They installed 20 windows in one day. (And had another house after ours!)Erik and his team are hard workers and made a quick job of it, but I do wish they had slowed down a little to pay attention to details that homeowners notice. For example the trim pieces on the inside could have been done/cut more straight. There are some obvious crooked place/little holes. Some of the silicone could have been done neater.A final touch that I wish they would have done for the amount that we paid is clean the windows inside and outside after installing. And checking screens/glass for scratches. We had one screen that was installed with a hole in it. And a few windows with scratches. They did come back and replace the glass, it took over 1 month of waiting for the replacement window and 2 months for them to send the new screen, meanwhile all the bugs kept crawling into my kitchen because of said hole in the screen.We also had to vacuum and sweep up glass pieces in the driveway after they left.Anyway, they are great windows, the office team was good to work with on helping get our energy efficient rebates back. These are just a few things that we would point out they could improve upon. Original timeline was accurate for install.

Ken came out and took measurements and did a great job of answering all of our questions. Through the process he was wonderful to follow up with and very responsive with either text or phone calls. Very professional and nice! Brock and David did the installation and they were very thorough and complete did not rush through it. We had double storm windows so they had to take both of them out and then put in a finished casing that was ready for paint, but it already had white paint on it so we didn't need to paint further.The end product looked very nice. Kendra and Trichelle kept us completely up to date on the install scheduling and if any changes were needed they kept in touch very regularly. Their teamwork was excellent and at all times we felt we were being kept in the loop and knew exactly what was going on and when. We also looked at three other window vendors and advanced window product was clearly a better product, better warranties and significantly higher quality than the other three we looked at! We would recommend them highly without any hesitation.

Very happy that I chose Advanced Window Products to replace all 21 of the windows in our house. After years of door to door salespeople knocking on my door and trying to sell me ugly, overpriced, retrofit windows, I heard a great plug for Advanced on ESPN 700 radio. I would be lying if I didn't say I'm a huge Utah Football fan and that hearing Nate Orchard on the radio didn't perk my interest. The live radio ads made me feel warm and fuzzy and like I could trust these guys. So I made the call and soon Ken came out to my house. There was no high pressure selling, we just went though everything and I felt like I got a great deal on some great, high efficiency windows. I did not want a new window to be stuffed into my old frames, I wanted it done right and to maximize the window, so I have to do some stucco repair on the exterior, but I'm very pleased with the windows. Now for the installation.... those guys were incredible! Luis and Javier and crew were very kind and respectful and helpful and they worked their butts off! They stayed late and finished the (big) job in 1 day. I had to do some framing myself because we converted 3 arched windows to rectangle windows, so I was working next to them most of the day and they were awesome. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with them. Overall great experience from marketing to sales to install. I would highly recommend!!

I generally don’t do reviews, but felt these guys deserved one. Our sales rep, Ken, was very informative and stepped us through the details of Advanced Windows products and features. He took all the time we needed to understand what we were getting and we asked lots of questions. I appreciated him not pressuring us in any way to “buy now”. Advanced Windows was the first bid we got and we ultimately went with them based on warranty, quality, rebates, and price. We were kept informed throughout the manufacturing process through installation. Brad and the installation crew were fabulous, and laid drop cloth throughout the house to avoid tracking in any dust or dirt. The windows were everything we expected and we’d use them again, were it not for their lifetime (transferable) warranty so they are the last windows we’ll need. After installation, Kendra, walked us thru the rebate submittal process. I’m very impressed with Advanced Windows people and products, thus my 5 star review

I have to say that I am SO happy we heard the ad for Advanced Windows!! We were shopping for new windows and actually had a bid from another company that was pressuring us to buy or lose a big discount. Then we called Joe with Advanced Windows, the rep in Southern Utah. I wanted to give a shout out to Ken Jankowski and Advanced Windows. Ken was our salesman and he did a great job explaining how the procedure would go and he also gave us a demonstration of how these windows can help lower our power bill in the summer and the winter. He is very personable and funny and he knows his product.Ben and Kevin were our window installers and they were so amazing. I had my two year-old granddaughter here the day they did the install, and they were so cute with her and answered all of her questions with lots of kindness and patience.They were careful with our sprinklers and our flowerbeds and they cleaned up after themselves all day long. They were talented and called when they were on their way and made sure I understood how the windows can be raised and removed. They even cleaned the windows before they left.Kevin and Tate came back to install a piece of glass that was not installed the first day and they came on time and again, cleaned up after themselves.The quality of the glass and the frames is amazing. If I could give 10 stars to Advanced Window Products I would. From getting a quote to installation has been wonderful.To preface, we bought our 1956 house 8 years ago and completely remodeled everything BUT the windows. We have been hesitant to bite the bullet and update our windows because they are traditionally so expensive. But after too many hot summers with our metal framed bay windows heating up our house, I couldn’t take it anymore. We asked our contractor who he recommended for replacement windows and he said we had to call Darren at Advanced Windows. Darren came to our house within a couple days and gave us a quote that offered so many discounts. We are a single income household and my husband and I felt comfortable ordering windows for our entire upstairs that day.We just finished install today and Brad and Sam were AWESOME!!! They were so kind, super knowledgeable (especially knowing how to remove our hideous bay windows), and they were so clean. Our house had lead paint on the window frames and they took super good care in making sure to lay plastic, vacuum, and wipe down the surrounding area after install. (I’m 7 months pregnant and have a 2.5 year old rolling around, so I feel so grateful things are clean and safe to be around).Basically we are super pumped to have our new windows and we will notice a difference in our AC and Heating efficiency in our home.My husband and I have to touch up the paint on the brick surrounding the new windows, but you can see such a difference. They left My home clean and the windows look absolutely beautiful! This is the 3rd time I have used Advance windows. Jeremy my sales guy is real knowledgeable and walked me through the best options. The first 11 windows I had done I had a few problems. One leaked and a couple had marks between the glass. They took care of the problems and they don’t make you feel guilty for being a little picky. That’s why I am having 10 more done. I was concerned about leaks and doing fram over windows, so I told Jeremy to send out a good installer. Brad and Sam did an awesome job. Brads cuts on the windows were a lot tighter than the other installer and caulked the fram inside and out and foamed around the windows. I’m also impressed that the owner upgraded to osi caulk, which in my opinion is the best you can use, the last windows caulk yellow a little bit. I worked retail construction and I can sleep good at night, knowing my windows were installed right. There trim around the windows looked awesome, and there caulk inside all most looked like they used tape, but they didn’t, pretty straight and clean. Thanks Brad and Sam. You will be doing my next 10 next year

Hello Advanced! This is the third time I have purchased windows from Ken and we have been thrilled everytime. Ny Aunt just bought sll new windows for her house also from Ken. My neighbor accross the street stopped by to talk about Advanced as they had also replaced their windows with Advanced and are super happy with them.Each time new windows were installed the installers were extremely friendly and very curteous and clean.I think you should place signs in the front yards where you have recently installed new windows so that the neighbors and those going by can see who did the work.Thanks for the great job!!!Kris Moyes

We have had a great experience with Advanced Window Products. It started with the salesman, Darren, who patiently explained things, answered our questions, and worked to get us the best price he could. The scheduling staff and others have been easy to work with. The installers--Ben, Tate, and Kameron--were very professional and friendly, and they did a great job. There were issues with three of the windows that were outside of the control of the installers, which required a follow-up installation visit, but it didn't take too long for that to happen, and everything went well during that process. We understand that mistakes happen, and we were very pleased that the company took responsibility for its mistakes and made sure they were fixed. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Advanced Window Products for replacement windows.

We had an issue with glass going bad on a window in a home we recently purchased and weren’t sure who the manufacturer was or how to get it serviced. We called Advanced and found out they are a local manufacturer and installer and they didn’t care that they didn’t do the original install. They came out right away to take measurements and within a few weeks we had replacement glass and our beautiful view of the mountains restored. All with a lifetime warranty and high efficiency glass! The service was great, pricing was very fair, and we even had one of the owners on site the day of our replacement. Thank you Janetha for helping coordinate everything and big thanks to Nate for taking time out of his busy schedule to be on site the day of the install with a big smile. Having been in the industry for over 30 years and working with contractors all over the country I can say the team at Advanced is far above any company I have ever dealt with. Thank you!!

Todd has been terrific in advising us with regard to window choices in the two times we have purchased from AWP. He provides comparisons in window types and counsel on style. He has been open and responsive. There's not much to say beyond this.I am afraid I don't know the names of the gentlemen who installed our windows but they have been equally expert. In one case, we could not move furniture for installation and they figured out a way to get around it. They also dealt effectively with a situation in which our newly-installed bookshelves made in difficult to install window. Very impressive!We have purchased from AWP twice now. We felt a bit risk-averse in the beginning. Neither of us feel that way anymore with regard to AWP.Thanks so much for your good work!

Rob was great at explaining the options and the process, and did not try to push us into anything at all (unlike the other bids we got on our window project!) Noel and his team were AMAZING....friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. The install was literally perfect and they cleaned up as if they had never been here.
