In the beginning, Mason came to explain the type of windows they produce, the materials used to make the windows, how they function and offered price comparisons with two other major window manufacturers. I had my windows installed on August 23th 2025. The work crew, (Ramon, Martin and Omar), we're very courteous, very knowledgeable of what they were doing with the install, explain to me the function of the windows because they open inward to wash which is really a nice plus. They were in continuous motion from the time they arrived till they finished. My windows are beautiful. I am very happy with them. Thank you Advanced Windows.

Darren and Advanced Window Products were amazing. Darren was super helpful when he came over to access our situation. He shared the window product technology, which was super impressive. Our new windows have been installed and boy, was Darren right! The heat from the sun no longer impacts the temperature in our home. Darren was patient with our questions, was upfront about the final cost (which was significantly lower than other window brands), was incredibly responsive, accommodating to our needs and a great communicator. He wasn’t pushy at all. I recommend Darren and Advanced Window Products to anyone who needs windows.In addition, Matt, who measured our windows, was professional and friendly. Our home was a mess (remodeling) and he managed to measure our windows accurately. Our lead installer, Don, was also fabulous. He was personable and helpful and very polite. Talk about efficient, they installed all the windows (20+ windows) in our home quickly and they were so tidy. We had a great experience from start to finish. It only took about a month from our first meeting to finished install. It's an expensive job, but advanced had better pricing than other companies. Huge upgrade from our old windows and we have noticed a difference already with decreased noise and our air conditioning isn't running as much. They look really great!

We recently had new windows installed by Advanced Windows, and are very pleased with the results. From start to finish, the process was fast and seamless. The installation team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home, completing the job with minimal disruption. They had the right tools to get the job done when things had to be adjusted.Our old windows were outdated and inefficient, and we could feel the difference immediately after the upgrade. These new windows have significantly reduced outside noise and reduced the heat we could feel through the windows.The customer service answered our questions before and after installation. The only thing we were not too happy about is that the screens were on backorder so we will be getting them installed in the near future.Overall we are happy and pleased with these windows! I'd recommend them.

The install took forever, but I am pleased with the results. My window install journey began with the quote on 3/26 and ended with a final fix on 7/14 for a total of 3.5 months. I had to be home for a total of 11 days for the quote, measure, lead check, 3 days of initial install, 1 day of cancelled install, meeting with installation manager, cancelled day to complete install, completing the install, and a final day to fix a cracked window.After all that I am still leaving a positive review because I am very pleased with the results. The main difficulty with the install was understandable because my big front window has stucco around it, and the old frame was badly warped. The installers wanted to make sure the window was installed properly and not just jammed into the hole.In fact, I must complement the installers, Omar and Cesar for their attention to detail and wanting to get everything just right. There were a number of other windows where they had to deal with post builder stucco and oddly shaped openings, and they did a great job making the new windows look perfect.Advanced clearly explained all the difficulties to me, and they made sure I was satisfied with the results.The Advanced windows are beautiful and high quality. They use a high-quality glass, and they use FlexScreen, which is so much better than those old hard frame screens. Advanced seems to be the biggest window company in this area.As for price, I thought their quote was reasonable. My house has a number of large and unusual windows, and it also needed a new sliding door. The quote came to $972 per window. I also got a quote from Anderson Renewal which came to $3429 per window. Obviously, I went with Advanced, and I am happy I did.

We took on a house that was pretty much a renovation. However, the windows in the main house were still decent.The basement windows were absolutely horrid.I tried having four different companies come over to check on basemen quote. Each company flt line a hard sell for the whole house, and wouldn't listen to me a perametiers I was looking to do. The BASEMENT windows.Thiese companies were a waste of my time and would try sell me on the whole house and not pay my requests any attention.4th Salesman cam knocking at my door from Advanced. I rolled my eyes telling him he's not going to be able to convince me into a quote and that he'll be like the othersr.Refereshingly. He wasn't!Thankfully, this company was amazing! Thank you to the incredible Advanced Window Products team. They offered an incredibly competitive price, beating out other companies by several hundreds, and designed a perfect replacement set of windows for our bedroom. We had a panel of old picture windows that didn’t open and let in A LOT of heat. The replacements now bring in lots of air flow and zero heat transfer, even during the hottest part of the day. I just got off the phone with Ken at Advanced Windows a few minutes ago. It was at the end of the workday, after 5 PM, on a Friday, and he happily took my call and gave me the best advice that any Window Company or Individual has given me over the last two weeks.We have had multiple window companies knock on our door and try to sell us on replacing a ton of windows on our home when all we need is the broken glass panes on one single window to be replaced; that’s what Ken explained to me.To be clear, we haven’t done any business with Advanced Windows, I’m writing this review to thank Ken for his frank advice. But I would happily give them my business based on Ken’s professionalism and honesty.He said “it would do me no good to try and sell you on a bunch of windows when all you need is the glass pane to be replaced“. From past experience getting new windows can be painful. I wanted to give advanced five stars but I felt bad for the installer because he hadn't been notified by the seller who was super nice and professional that my window frames were steel and not aluminum making the job more difficult and it took hours longer. But they turned out great and I will still recommend them.

After getting many bids, I ended up circling back to my first one: Advanced Window Products. Todd was the most knowledgeable of all the sales reps who came and who I felt most comfortable going with. The windows came faster than expected which was a wonderful surprise. Pete, our installer was amazing and even installed in a snow storm. My house was built in 1891 so it had some challenging and uneven windows. He took the time to go buy some extra trim to make the interior finish work more professional looking. This is a little late, but we had windows installed last summer. The windows look good, the crew did a good job installing. We had some OLD windows that just shattered when they came out through no fault of advanced so we expected some glass pieces to get missed during clean up.My only problem was with the sales department. When I got the initial quote I was clear I wanted the cheapest windows and nothing else. When it came time to do final measurements and the give the required deposit the quote was higher than the first time. When I asked why that was it was because they quoted me for the expensive windows, and window wraps. I had to be very firm that was NOT what I wanted. Once that was remedied, the price was what I was originally quoted.While we are satisfied with the end produce we found the sales team can be a bit pushy.

Todd explained all of the options without being pushy and was able to give us a reasonable price for top of the line product. Brock and his crew did an amazing job installing all of the windows in one day. We highly recommend this company!

We really enjoyed working with Rob, who has been our salesman to get new windows and an Atrium door. These windows and door block a lot of traffic noise from the road in front and I-15 behind us. We don't feel a draft inside and it reduces heat from the sun shining through the windows. Whenever we have questions, Rob and the other staff at Advanced Window Products have been patient. My wife and I said that we wish that we would have had this work done years ago.

We were given Rob's name as a referral, (Rob Mower) called him for an appointment and the day we scheduled was one of the heaviest snowfalls of the year and he couldn't make it, we rescheduled. He showed up on time, actually called and was able to come earlier than scheduled. Made a fantastic presentation! No sales gimmicks, no fancy phrases. Just got the measurements and gave us a price in about 30 minutes! He gave us the best price we had been quoted with the best windows that their company manufactures here in Salt Lake City, Utah. What a breath of fresh air after sitting through 1 to 3-hour presentations of five other window companies! Thank you Rob! You help us love our house more! Highly recommend! Todd, our sale rep. was informative, thorough, and very helpful. Unlike other companies we met with, there was no high-pressure sales pitch. Knowing that they were local and they both manufacture and install the windows was important...no "middle-man" to deal with if anything was ever needed in the future. Plus, there's a lifetime warranty. Installation was fast for both the sliding glass door and windows. Brock and the Advanced Windows team were professional, clean, and friendly. Windows and door look great, prices were competitive and we can already tell a difference in the home (efficiency - getting a rebate as well from gas company). Thank you, Advanced Windows - we will be return customers as we continue to make upgrades!

Pete and Helaman from Advanced Window Products were fantastic! They were kind, courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the process of replacing the windows in our home. They installed seven windows efficiently, and the results are amazing!Pete was especially kind and understanding when I accidentally messed up the caulk on one of the windows—he handled it with such ease and forgiveness! I also really appreciated how respectful they were of my request not to walk on the carpet with shoes.
