From the start of the process with Darren Lewis to the install with Brock Rezac this company was first class all the way around. We had 11 windows and a sliding door replaced and they had the job done in about 5 hours, we weren’t waiting around all day like most do for the “we will be there between 8-10 am” schedule. Brock was knocking on our door at 7:50am, and he and his partner did not take a break until the job was done. We could not be happier with our new windows as they have given our house a little face lift, made the inside quieter from outside noise, and just in the few days they have been in we have been able to tell a huge difference in how much our AC runs. We recently had our French doors replaced with sliding glass doors from advanced windows! What a joy it was to work with them and to have beautiful new window windows/door! Everyone was so kind, professional, and so great to work with! They showed up on time and were very thorough in their work and the cleanup was incredible as well! I would highly recommend advanced windows to anyone wanting to replace their existing door/windows or upgrade! They were the best and I absolutely love my new sliding glass door!

Advanced Windows came and did our windows and they are SO much better than what we had previously. Everyone was very professional (from sales to measuring to installation) and were clear with what to expect and the timeframe. The windows have looked and felt great, and we have enjoyed the slight tint and its effect in helping keep the heat out. Installation was quick, about 11-3:30 for 9 windows. (Lunch break included). They were very aware of the before and after looks of our house. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. There were a few dings, dents and holes that were left after they did, but a very small amount of plaster and paint and it will be right as rain.Highly recommend they were awesome!

I love sitting and looking out my new windows! They are of a good quality and have also cut down the level of sound. My two installers were fast, competent and great to talk with. They were very helpful.

I never answer the doors for these solicitors, and if I do I dismiss them. Until this time when I answered and Carl Johnson gave me a quick pitch. His words rung true for my windows from 2001 build. So, I embarked on the journey of the quote. I heard horror stories about the numbers and was surprised the numbers were lower than expected. We only changed eight windows for now. I will say the windows have made a huge difference with the heat level in these room. One of the old windows was in bad shape allowing dust and dirt through as well. Great quality and they look great. Now for the bad side. Some of the initial information about the window types was wrong. They had trouble correcting it and them I deleted one window to add two different ones. While they had the initial measurements they still had trouble. When final measurements were done they came with the original/wrong set of windows. He worked through it and made everything work. The windows came faster than we expected, except they forgot one window and had to come back. The clean-up for the last window was a little subpar. Grinding dust and debris left in place for me to clean-up. I still gave them a 5 as an overall, even with all the little things. I plan to get more windows within a year if I have the funds to do so.

Advanced windows have remarkable windows and there service is excellent. They communicate effectively and they really respect your home when they are installing. We've bought a variety of windows from them over many years and we have been very happy with them.

Advanced Window Products just replaced our basement windows and they look great! We are so pleased. They look sharp and are easy to open and close. Easy to access to clean them too. The team that installed them were quick and efficient. They were all very friendly and polite as well. They cleaned up after themselves and were good about making sure they didn't track dirt in. We will use them in the future with other window needs.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I had all of my windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Windows were ordered in April, delivered in June with a couple of minor fixes done today. The crew got all 20 windows done in one day. They were polite, and very easy to work with. The new windows seem to make a huge difference in both the look of our house as well as cooling in the summer. I would definitely recommend this company!

They answered all my questions throughout the installation process and were so courteous and kind to assure me that the job would be complete with my satisfaction. I could not ask for a better product or a better experience from the sales contact to the final installation. They completely cleaned up as they went and were very careful of my home and furnishings. 10 out of 10 rating.
