Yesterday I had the pleasure of having new windows installed on my back porch and laundry room by Advanced Window Products team headed up by Junior along with Pablo and Jesus. They arrived even a bit earlier than was expected. After doing a quick walk-thru with Junior, all three got right to work despite the awful heat. They worked steadily helping each other as need by and had all four of the new windows in within two hours. After a lunch break to refresh and cool down, they returned to finish the caulking, cleaning, and prettying everything up before departing.Through out Junior kept me in the loop and Pablo and Jesus were polite. All were so polite and hard working.Shouts go out to Katie in the Tolleson office for all her help getting everything scheduled and figuring out payment options and for just going above and beyond. We're very impressed with the prompt and professional service we've received. They were on time for appointments and install, and the workers were polite and courteous in our home. The office even called to follow up after install to make sure we were happy. Our only complaint was a few screws and small pieces of debris left in the grass, which took just a couple minutes to clean up. The windows have survived a couple storm days already with no issues.
