I love my new windows.! The installers were knowledgeable , neat, cleaned up very nicely . Extremely pleasant crew that worked fast and competently with each other. I was shown that all the windows worked perfectly, and how to pull them in for cleaning. I would recommend these windows and employees. - 9/05/2026 

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having new windows installed on my back porch and laundry room by Advanced Window Products team headed up by Junior along with Pablo and Jesus. They arrived even a bit earlier than was expected. After doing a quick walk-thru with Junior, all three got right to work despite the awful heat. They worked steadily helping each other as need by and had all four of the new windows in within two hours. After a lunch break to refresh and cool down, they returned to finish the caulking, cleaning, and prettying everything up before departing.Through out Junior kept me in the loop and Pablo and Jesus were polite. All were so polite and hard working.Shouts go out to Katie in the Tolleson office for all her help getting everything scheduled and figuring out payment options and for just going above and beyond. They did a great job replacing my basement windows. There were gaps because of settlement issues between the old windows and the window sills. They took care of all these issues. They were very professional and left everything very clean. They showed up on time. It all went well and looks great. - 8/24/2026

I stopped in for a rock chip repair yesterday, they scheduled me for the following day. Come to find out if had 2 rock chips. They got the chip fix beautifully and fast with amazing customer service. I will be coming here for all of my glass needs and so should you - 8/18/2026 

We're very impressed with the prompt and professional service we've received. They were on time for appointments and install, and the workers were polite and courteous in our home. The office even called to follow up after install to make sure we were happy. Our only complaint was a few screws and small pieces of debris left in the grass, which took just a couple minutes to clean up. The windows have survived a couple storm days already with no issues.
