Below is an overview of key residential rebate programs in Washington (excluding federal incentives) for energy-efficient windows and doors—how much you can get back, who qualifies, how to apply, and where to get started.
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) – Window & Patio Door Rebates
This rebate helps PSE customers save when replacing older single-pane or metal-framed windows/doors with efficient models. Higher-efficiency products earn larger incentives.

- Eligibility: Existing single-family homes served by PSE; replacing single-pane or metal-framed double-pane units; new construction not eligible. Products must be NFRC-rated and meet U-factor requirements.
- Application process: Install qualifying products, then submit PSE’s rebate application (with invoice and NFRC labels) within 30 days of installation.
