This rebate helps Rocky Mountain Power customers save money when they replace old windows or doors with new energy-efficient ones. You can get back between $1.00 and $3.00 per square foot, which often adds up to hundreds of dollars in savings on a typical project.
- Rebate amount: $1.00 per sq. ft. for qualifying replacement windows/doors with U-factors of 0.23–0.30 (Tier 1), or $3.00 per sq. ft. for windows with U-factors ≤ 0.22 (Tier 2).
- Eligibility: Must be a Rocky Mountain Power residential electric customer in Utah (rate schedules 1, 2, or 3). Home must be existing (not new construction) and heated/cooled with electric heat or central AC covering ≥80% of the living area. Windows and patio doors (≥80% glass) must have a U-factor of 0.30 or lower.
- Application process: Install qualifying windows/doors, then apply within 180 days. You’ll need your account number, invoice, and NFRC window labels. Rebates are typically processed within ~14 business days.

Dominion Energy (Enbridge Gas) – ThermWise Window Rebates
If your home uses natural gas for heating, Dominion Energy offers rebates for upgrading to very efficient windows. You can earn $2.50 back for every square foot of window you replace, helping lower both your installation cost and your heating bills.
- Rebate amount: $2.50 per sq. ft. for high-efficiency windows with a U-factor of 0.22 or lower.
- Eligibility: Available to Utah Dominion Energy/Enbridge Gas customers who heat with natural gas. Must have an active residential gas account. Existing homes only (new construction not eligible). Only windows meeting U-factor ≤ 0.22 qualify.
- Application process: Apply online or by mail within 6 months of installation. You’ll need your gas account number, recent bill, itemized receipt, and NFRC labels. Rebates are mailed directly to you once approved.

Utah Weatherization Assistance Program (Low-Income Households)
